What is your policy on bath toys?
We only have as many bath toys as can fit in one regular-sized mesh bag on the shower wall. I do not want them taking over the bathroom. Also, while the tub is draining, I empty the water out of all of them and put them upside down in the bag so they wo not mold. We have a rubber duckie that my husband had to do minor surgery on. . He made the drainage hole bigger (with a drill or something) so it would not mold

Would soaking my daughter's bath toys in some bleach water be a good idea??
Mix a small amount of clorox and a small amount of vinegar in the water and mix thoroughly or wash the toys in that solution.works wonders.clorox disinfects and the vinegar gets things squeaky clean

Bath toy for pre-school aged boys?
Just go on Amazon.com and search bath toys.you will find a ton of things. There are even bath paints and bath crayons.it has suction cups so the hoop sticks the tub wall. For his birthday he is also going to be getting this bath toy made by Little Tikes that is like 3 butterflies and a net to catch them with. I know your son is probably a bit older but I hope this gives you some ideas.

Hard To Get To Sleep At Night!?
You are overworrying, but it's something all mom's do! I worry about everything with my 6 month old lol, so it's normal. Getting a schedule is hard, but in order for your baby to sleep through the night, I've found that you have to have the same exact routine every single night -no matter how tired you are. Sometiems it can take almost a week but here's what I do. Once I get off work, I pick up my daughter around 4:30. If she has not already eaten and fallen asleep at 4, she will usually nap a short nap of about 20 min. once she gets home. Once she gets up, we change our diaper and play for a bit. We play in the jumper and then we do some crawling and toys on the floor. She also watches a lot of Baby Einstein off and on during that time. At around 6:30 -7 we take a shower. I usually try to put it off until she starts getting a little fussy. This lets me know she is starting to get tired and hungry. While we are bathing -I also make it an "occupy time" until she's starts getting a little fussy again (which means more tired and hungry). We wash, play with bath toys, and the bottles of shampoo, and she also likes to drink water out of the shower faucet lol. Once we are out of the bath comes the crucial part. The bath should last around 20-25 minutes if you can hold out. But part of that's bathing, playing and drying off so it goes by faste than you think. Then once we are out we put on a fresh diaper, and powder and I rub her down with some nighttime lotion that calms her. I also go ahead and give her allergy meds (or whatever he takes for breathing) and motrin for teething which start to make her a little sleepy. We do not get her watching TV or baby Einstein so she wo not be stimulated more awake. She plays a little more after bath with mommy and daddy and I go ahead and prepare a BIG bottle with formula and cereal. Around 8-8:30 she's ready for the bottle and it takes her around 20 minutes to consume most of it and fall asleep. Other tips: Since your son is older and probably also already eating more jar food, you may wait until around 4:30-5 to give him a little bit of a bottle and then eat some jar food. Then do the bath a little later and the rub down, then play until exhausted enough and hungry to eat his big bottle. Also, you may try elevating his mattress on one side with a towel that helps their breathing a lot. If you can get him to take a paci before bed this will help the airways (I finally just got mine to take one) and teething. I also sometimes turn on a fan, or the humidifier and background noise to help them stay asleep and block out other noises. Good luck. Forgot to add: This schedule is subject to vary between an hour to an hour and a half. Also, we get up around 5:30 dailey, so if you are wanting to sleep later, his schedule will have to run later.
