How long do you let him lay down for a nap? Does he cry or just play? If he is not crying, let him play in his crib or swing until he either falls asleep or starts crying-obviously pick him up and comfort him if he cries. Also, darken the room as much as possible and play soft music or white noise. Some babies love to be snuggled with mommy so a soft baby carrier like an ergo or a moby wrap might help. If nothing works, as your baby gets more active, he will get more tired. My toddlers naps and bedtimes improved significantly once he learned how to run. Oh, one more thing-fresh air can make babies and small children. Spend a lot of time outside-as time and weather allows
1. Can governments control the weather?
Yeah, all they have to do is spit. And a crap load of smog falls down from the skies
2. Agriculture question?
- population- as the population expands, more food/clothes is needed, so say when people were gathers/hunters, they had to work more for their food, and they eventually when to growing and 'taming' the plants and animals they ate, so, as the population expands, they would need more land to produce more food/clothes for the people in the area, and this is where technology comes in, as people farmed more, they became knowledgeable of different ways to grow, tend and harvest their livestock/crops - technology- as technology improves, farm equipment will be improved- like crop rotation- its used with say cotton and soybeans- cotton uses a certain nutrient in the soil and if planted for many years, the cotton will need fertilizers to keep it healthy, if the crops are rotated, soybeans one year, cotton the next, each crop will put in what the other crop took out (talking about nutrients) [crop rotation was just an example- there's MANY MANY more technological advances in ag. ] - different crops- different crops need different things, and majority of crops are GM (genetically modified) so they can withstand pests, diseases, weather, drought better than before
3. Hows the weather where you are at?
cold and snowyyyyyyyyy and icey
4. Lawnmower's manual says don't run it when it's over 85 degrees outside. What happens if you do run it when it's over 85 degrees outside?
Lawn mower engines are air-cooled. So are people. Both of you run the risk of overheating in weather over 85 degrees. The motor can potentially seize up, and you can potentially get heat stroke from the exertion of pushing the mower. It sounds like the manufacturer is playing it safe for legal purposes. I doubt that the motor will suffer permanent damage if you run it for a short period at 86 degrees, but the hotter it gets, the more you increase the chance. The manufacturer has calculated that over 85 degrees, the risk of warranty claims rises to a financially unacceptable level. It probably makes sense to heed their advice.
5. Weather transition matrix
There are $9$ transitions. To fill in the appropriate entries, count the number of relevant transitions. So for the entry in row S, column S, count the number of two consecutive days where you have S,S. For row S, column R, coin the number of two consecutive days where you have S then R. For row S, column F, coin the number of two consecutive days where you have S then F. Once you have evaluated the number of transitions for all $9$ entries, divide each row by the total number of entries in that row.I have filled in part of the matrix below:-Can you complete the transition matrix?.

7. Going to Florida in two WEEKS, not two months xD ?
Yes, they are still only allowing small bottles in hand luggage so pack your bigger bottles in your case. As for the weather and what to wear, I suppose it depends on what kind of weather you are used to. I would suggest some light weight long sleeve tops and a few hoodies or cardigans that can be removed if you dont need them and maybe some full length trousers but not heavy denim on days that you plan to ride water rides. For on the plane it depends on the length of the flight, maybe some magazines or an ipod? Have fun!
