TLDR: Adding feedback is always a good idea since it helps the reviewer to get better at flagging. Better flaggers means a better site to work with!If there is one thing people hate, it is to be clueless about the reasons behind something. This feature will improve the communication between the moderators and flaggers. The ping notification would allow moderator to make sure the users know about some important information that they provide by sending a custom accept/decline on a flag. Education of its member is the key to have a better site. And education happens trough a good communication. I totally agree with you. I often see on the meta post that looks like :Why X flag was declined and those Y not?To see a moderator answering something similar to this :Well I declined X flag because it was not right but accepted the Y because I think you are doing at great job at ABC, and thus did not want to reduce your flag weight too much for this.Moderators are human and understand that most of the time people just want to be helpful to the site and thus decline only one flag in a bunch (instead of the whole bunch) from the same user to make him learn about a situation and not destroy his flag weight right away. Accepting with reply would solve this problem. Having a custom helpful reply flag would make the mods able to mark a flag as helpful (when it's the first one of the user on a special thing) and say something like :Well I accepted your flag but the next time instead of XXX you should do YYY.This also improves the communication. But now it extends the possibility communication from bad flags only to any flag.In short, these two features would give a lot more feedback to users who try to make the site better and are sometimes wrong (we cannot always be right!). Feedback is particularly important since it would help reducing the flag queue to the most needed ones and would help "flaggers" to be educated about how to flag correctly
1. what happened to ABC's show V?
It's on Hiatus until March, 2010, and will be back with new episodes then
2. What kind of fire extinguisher should I have in the shop?
You are probably OK with a typical 'multi-purpose' type ABC extinguisher, as that will handle most of the fires you would see in a typical woodshop. You could probably get away with just a type A (for burning solids), but type ABC are so ubiquitous that it may be more expensive for the single purpose extinguisher. I kind of question this mentality, though. Yes, fire extinguishers are for dealing with small fires before they get out of hand and you want to limit damage from the extinguisher itself, but the primary goal of a fire extinguisher should be to extinguish the fire. Damage to surroundings is a secondary concern, since if the fire is not controlled, there will be (much) more damage to your lumber, projects, shop, and any attached or nearby structures like a house. Put out the fire first
3. What is ABC family's target demographic?
Teenagers. They have a ton of shows like Pretty Little Liars that are aimed for angsty teens (usually teen girls) and of course people above the age. It is not really meant for "family", as the name would suggest. The only "family" stuff they show is movies like Harry Potter and Forrest Gump and whatever else they show. Their TV shows seem to have too much edge for children
4. Movies, for 12 year olds? ABC Family?
Movies For 12 Year Olds
5. What is the audience of the ABC?
I assume you are referring to the American Broadcasting Corporation (Little ABC as nicknamed by the TV newsmen). I am unsure. "OzNana", I think you are referring to the Australian Broadcasting Corporation (Big ABC by the TV newsmen). Their audience is around 5-6 million on radio and TV.
6. Important question on the ABC diet?
There are two ABC Diets, so I am not sure which you are talking about. The first is a diet that was developed by Robert S. Wieder, who created it as a joke. In that diet, you can only eat foods that begin with an A, B or C. Even in those letters, only the foods he lists can be used. Since this was created by a humorist, as a joke, I assume this is not the diet you are speaking of. The second ABC Diet, which makes even less sense than the first, is the Ana Boot Camp diet. This brings the ever-so-healthy benefits of anorexia to be used as a dieting premise. In that diet, you attempt to live on less calories than a Two-toed Tree Sloth burns in an hour. Some days, you get to eat "not a frigging thing". If you fail to eat "not a frigging thing", then you are a failure, and must start over. If you only manage to follow it for a week or so, and then go off it and pig out, you are also a failure, and must start over. Even worse, if you follow the zero to 500 daily calorie diets successfully for the full 50 days, you are a failure. Not that you seem to care...
