I think you mean "Android or iPhone" In that case, android! It's got lots of great customization options, an App Store that has just as many apps, and tons of great hardware features. I would try an HTC One X. It's much more powerful than an iPhone 4S and also has a better camera and screen, and for that, it's the same price. And it's actually an upgrade not just a photocopy of the previous generation phone like the 4S was.

Ipad is an over sized ipod touch. I would not waste money on it. The iphone 3gs is a great phone, but has a very expensive plan & the 3G is also expensive. If you want to keep shelling out money go for it. The 3ds(if it does not get delayed) WILL have backward compatibility, meaning it will play DS games on it. Therefore buying a dsi XL would not be worth it unless you want it NOW. The PSP go has a smaller screen, and in my opinion, a much worse version of the PSP 3000. The PSP 3000 is a good portable, but the movies on it are meh, the internet is slow, and most of the games are meh. The DS has better ratings than the PSP. The Xbox 360 does not plan on releasing a new console, and has great games. There are a lot of xbox 360 exclusive games the PS3 does not offer (Gears of War, Halo, etc.) The Xbox live is much better than the crappy PS3 network, and has more features. A great console with few flaws. I would get the Xbox 360.

iPhone 3G is an "ok" telephone. iPhones are, for my area, the terrific telephones on the industry. If available, i could advise getting iPhone 3GS or iPhone 4. they are better than the 3G as a results of fact they run extra of the cool apps, you may video with them, use voice operated apps, and seem swifter than the 3G.
