Go to a salon or if you must dye it yourself DON'T USE BOX COLORS. They have metallics in them that fry your hair very quickly, especially if you have any heat on it whether it be weather or straightening/curling, etc. If you want to try to dye it yourself (I would not recommend it if you have not before if you are doing highlights, too but you can at least do the base color then go to a salon or local beauty school and get highlights done) go to a local beauty supply store and buy the color tubes you need of the colors you like and developer. The clerk will help you and explain the directions of how you mix and apply it, it's just like box color but not as bad for your hair
1. How bad is the weather in England?
You will find it very different to a tropical climate. Depends where you live at the moment, but most tropical climates are damp and hot. U.K. is neither of these. It is never or very rarely over 90 degrees, but at the moment it is not below freezing. You can get very nice blue skies or very dull skies, foggy, misty. It can be warm one day, cold the next. We have quite a lot of rain in July, but not tropical rain, just wet and damp. You normally need a jacket even in the summer, our summer is classed as June, July, August. You can have a really pleasant spring, March, April, May. The weather in U.K. is just average
2. can i paint my own house? EXTERIOR (outside)?
Painting the exterior is no different, just remember the golden rule. The finish is only as good as the prep. Because of the effects of weather, you need to take the time to properly prepare the surface(s) the more thorough you are in prep, the better your finish will look, and last. The tools are the same, except maybe your roller "nap". If you want to spray, you can, takes some practice though
3. An important Questions For Christians.?
For a question like this your answer is going to change depending on which christian you ask. Some will answer that God does not confront you for the same reason he does not simply use his powers to override our brains and force us to worship him, or why he does not just walk around and hang out with us as some kind of earthly king in a physical form. You have freedom of will. God gave use the power to choose weather or not we want to worship him, as well as the freedom to choose how to worship him. Freedom to choose is what god values most. Others will answer that it is up to people to do the confronting. Just like if you were walking down the street and see someone in a burning house, you have a moral responsibility to go in and save that person (if you are able to). Even if that person doesnt want to be saved. You have a moral responsibility to drag that person kicking and screaming out of the fires of damnation into safe salvation.

That is Summer though, so the further north you go, the hotter and muggier it will get. We could probably tell you about parts of Australia, but need more information....it's a big, big place.

As of today, 28 April, weather is quite cold and we have had rain showers. So a warm rain jacket might be an idea to bring !!
7. The weather in France?
I was in Paris last week and it was rainy but very warm and humid. I would definitely take a raincoat/umbrella, long pants, a summer skirt and take layers that you can remove during the day. My big tip: NEVER travel with new shoes or shoes that are hard to walk in - you do a lot of walking in Paris
