I feel your pain. I can not say how much I have spent on toys when my puppy was younger. Stuffed animals are out. The only toys I have found that he can not destroy quickly are nylabones (orginal flavor, chicken is softer), a variety of the kong toys, petrified rawhide, and plain animal bones from the grocery store (they are not cooked and I wash all the junk off them first). Oh, and the rope chew toys with a knot at both ends. As a warning I bought my dog one of those "indestructable" tire chew toys w/ a rope and he ate a whole in it in 5 minutes and got pretty sick. So, stay away from those.

My dog had that problem...Try old socks like tying them in a knot then giving them to the dog. My dog really enjoyed them. aha and also you can try old stuffed animals but as soon as they rip open throw them away,..tennis balls. Old bones from when you cook? thats all i know. haah
