Common Questions About Screens for Led Boards

How long will my computer last?

DDR4 won't immediately become the standard and will probably be a bit more costly. I doubt it, SSD's still are unreliable and have a shorter life span, unless you know exactly what you are doing and how to prolong the life through settings and such. Core i9 hexacores won't be standard and won't be for quite some time seeing as most programs barely harness more than 2 cores, the development is out pacing the software etc so while some people may have i9's unless they know how to script and tweak they probably won't see much of a difference. And Microsoft 8 is garbage, I've tried and went back to Windows 7 Pro a month later. The only reason you would ever need ever more than 2gb is for multi- display gaming, which is scarce. I think the standard for the casual gamer will stay at 1-3gb. Most games don't require that much VRAM any how I mean even running BF3 on ultra I only use 768mb-1 gig of VRAM . Also I think that software such as steam is what future games will be primarily purchased on. Instead of buying discs or going to the store for disc copies, download from software applications where all your games can be organized.

Most of your predictions are probably more likely to happen in the last year or two of the 5 year time period.

I'm going to guess that you will be able to play on medium on demanding games such as Metro 2033 but games such the ARMA series maybe not so because of their HUGE CPU eating view distance.

But to save cost I'd say cut the ram to 16gb (still very future proof), if this is for gaming, that is a complete waste of money, that could be spent on something such as an SSD, also with the RAM check the timings of the clocks as well as the clock speed, I run 9-9-9-21 @1866, that is pristine. Also I think that a 2x Seagate 1.5 or 1 TB hard drive in RAID 1 or 0 would be good in that build.

Like the man above said, losing data in such a large drive could be catastrophic, therefore I would recommend 2x 1.5tb in RAID 1, mind you, one of the hard drives would be used as a back up so technically you would only be getting about 1.5tb of storage that SSD (if you get it). But you can always buy another HDD in the future.

What are the advantages of LEDs compared with conventional incandescent lights?

1 , high luminous efficiency the luminous efficiency of fluorescent is about 55 80lm / W, while the LED luminous efficiency is 100lm / W or more especially the high power LED light such as the PIRLEDFloodLight, and which will continue to improve as the technology continues to maturehalf of the power LED lights can achieve the same luminosity of the fluorescent.

2 , high efficiency the efficiency of fixtures mainly refers to the effective optical efficiency , the fluorescent emit light in all direction , while the light emitted in the opposite direction is no avail , so by using a white lamp shade can put a considerable part of the reverse light reflected back. Therefore , the fluorescent lamp efficiency is only 70 %, while the LED is a 120 light, all the light is almost the effective light particularly for high power outdoor PIRLEDFloodLight , and the light angle may also need to be adjusted.

3 , high power efficiency case : 36W T8 fluorescent lamps, it's rated output power is 36W, after accessing the ballast , the measured input power is 42.4W, which is that the core inductance lost 6.4W and 85% of Efficiency declined, most of the power of the iron-core inductor is more than 10W , the power factor is less than 0.5 , and the efficiency of LED power supply is usually up to 30% , a 18W LED tube only need 20W input power, the power factor can reach more than 0.9 .

4 , long life the life of a high quality LED lamp up to 50,000 hours the advantage of life span of the high power PIRLED flood light used for outdoor light and decorative light is more distinct, the fluorescent lifetime is usually only 5000 hours , the difference is nearly 10 times.

5 , no mercury, no pollution LED lights contain less harmful substances, which is a non- mercury pollution-free green light.

6 , the color temperature can provide almost any of a wide range of color temperature , and can provide the red , green, and blue colors of light as well as any kind .

7 , high CRI the CRI of fluorescent is 65 80, LED lights especially the PIR LED flood light can be > 80 , and no UV radiation.

8 , non- glass unbreakable , resist the impact, vibration.

9 , safety the power supply of the LED light is external isolating power , only less than 36V DC is safe voltage , which reduce the risk of electric shock and is a relatively safe lamp.

Which lost historical documents, when uncovered, led to the most substantial revisions in historiography?

This is the answer I owe you, which I am sure by now will be of no use to you.Disclaimer: here I answer to my own interpretation of the question. Although this is true for every worldly answer, I felt like writing this warning because of the extent of my freedom of interpretation. Also, because of my limited Mediterranean/European background I might be ignorant of major findings in other parts of the world. So this is the question:

"What were important ... documents ... that were thought lost ... and that led to significant new historic understanding when ... copies became available ...?" My emphasis.First of all what is a document? Is it a written source only? Certainly some frescos or architectures tell us more than certain written documents: are they documents too?

Then: what does it mean to be lost: is it physically lost only? Some interpretations are lost, and hence even though people could read the documents, they would not understand them correctly. Sometimes even very well known documents give us new information when read under a new light.

Let's start actually from this latter point of view.(My emphasis) These facts, far from being "fantastic", are all very likely. In particular the last one has been confirmed only relatively recently, when it was discovered that Pygyes used to inhabit coastal areas of Equatorial Africa before the expansion of the Bantu. The "thing he cannot believe" is very hard to explain without admitting that Phoenician travelers had passed the Equator and that the episode was popular enough to reach Herodotus and for him to recount it. We had to admit that ancient seafarer peoples had much more extended knowledge about the world than we were previously convinced of.Back to the question, if we intend lost only as physically inaccessible, then many archeological findings can be classified as "thought to be lost" and later rediscovered. If we instead strictly limit ourselves to documents thought as written documents only, I would like to cite:This list is necessarily incomplete, because of the subjective nature of the "impact" a discovery has. Even though my preference goes to the last item, then there is no specific document I would pick as the most important one. Consider However that we are speaking about rediscovery of Cicero and Livy, among others. Think about such a discovery nowadays...PS. The Jordanian Lead Codices are almost certainly a forgery. I had heard of the discovery in 2011 but did not investigate further developements until the time of writing this answer.3: Hetiter. Die unbekannte Weltmacht, B. Brandau & H. What was the most important thing to apply for your 4 year college?

If you know what field of study you are going into, make sure to go where that program is good regardless of most other factors. See if you can apply for any scholarships. Do they have co-op programs when you get to upper division courses. Who in the area sponsors those co-op programs. Can you get credit for subjects you may already be proficient in such as a language, swimming for P.E. etc. If you plan to pledge a Fraternity/Sorority what is their record for academic support. If your academic advisor who is assigned to you doesn't seem interested, knowledgeable or enthusiastic, ask for another one. Talk to teachers and students in the department of your area of interest. Do you know any graduates? What companies do you think you might apply for or who typically hire grads (with no experience) and can you apply for summer jobs there, even as a volunteer? I would say it is more important to enjoy what you do and have the desire and ability to do it well more than anything else to be happy and satisfied with your life and successful in earning a living. Lastly, rather exotically I suppose at the early stages, find a nitch for some job that is best for someone with two skills. Get the degree in the main skill and take electives in the other. Example in the extreme might be a doctor with a law degree or some one with a double major (maybe eventually two masters degrees) in education and marketing, business and a foreign language, wild one might be engineering and dentistry (people are always going to have problems with their teeth and technology advances every day) Marine biology and veterinary medicine, electronics and computer techology and robotics shoul be interesting, you get the idea. Make yourself the best qualified person for what you want to do. If you have a plan you can steer it. Is there training in one of the armed services you can get? Apply for an ROTC scholarship. It will pay all tuition and fees. If you get accepted at Notre Dame, Stanford etc that alone could be worth $100,000. Would you be interested in flight training, medical, or law school, paid for by the government? What kind of job will put you where you want to be
