Sometimes people make mistakes. India has made a blunder. There is no evidence of a Surgical StrikeIt would need someone without a grey brain to believe.
Interestingly the number of dead claimed has grown from 35 to 50, The number of injured to beyond 200 and the number of posts attcked has grown every day ( all these as claimed by the Indian press) from 3 to 7.How would they attack presumably all drunk(?) terrorists kill 50 but only injure 200 and then escape unscathed fro the most guarded border n eath including DMZ between N and S Korea?
This is a blunder by the Indian Govt of BJP party and top echelon of Indian Army though I think neither will never blush and will carry on as usual. Since the Injuns attacked known targets ( they did not go on a search and destroy mission) They can provide co-ordinates of the seven terror camps. These places can then be visited by independent observers to settle the question once and for all.
Injia will not be divulging any secrets by divulging the co-ordinates since thePakistan side already knows them( Assuming that the fake surgical strikes were real)I think these strikes should be re-named Surgical Strike hallucinations.

What are the reasons why couples break up after a long relationship?
A nice book that describes how and why relationship get wear&tear is 'Getting the love you want' by Harville Hendrix.
Regardless this book, I think a factor is you fall in love, get settled, have children, absorbing all your time managing a household and before you know you're ten years later and notice you were living rather ignoring each other as a person. So there you are, about 35, looking at each other; 'who were we again?'.
You may have alienated somewhat, developed each your own way. Can you reconnect? Same thing, even more, happens in the 'empty nest' stage, when the last child leaves home.
There you are, thirty years later, and now you are the two of you. Can you find a way to live these 'empty' days? This stage is relatively new.
For centuries one of the spouses died before reaching this stage, as there were more children and people died at a younger age. It also is influenced by no longer living together with grandparents (extended family). One of the parents sometimes tries to convince that last child to stay a little longer, (uncounsciously) knowing the risks of the empty nest.
All in all it's a new challenge brought by progress in the social-economical, demographic and medical field

Why is Ronda Rousey considered one of the best fighters of all time?
Ronda was America's first Olympic medalist in Judo. Very few judokas took their combat jujitsu to the level of Ronda.
She was true Savage & terrific submission artist in her prime. But in later part of her career she was certainly influenced by non good advices,it was her submission efficiency which made her living legend. But later on her coach Edmond Tarverdyan tried to make her a complete fighter & tried to shift her focus on boxing.
Under Edmond's tutor her boxing was not going anywhere & just like Conor McGregor her arrogance was prohibiting her from achieving excellence in boxing. (Even if you search 'worst Shadow boxing' on Google you will find Ronda in Top ten results)Edmond made her believe that she can out strike quality opponent's but right from the start of Ronda's career the greatest MMA analyzer Ambildhok Shantanu J predicted that she won't be able to survive against quality strikers if she keep the game in standing; that's exactly what happened eventually & she got demolished against Holy Home & Amanda Nunez. She was surrounded with wrong people, those people never advised her to take professional jujitsu competitions seriously.
If she would have started competing in professional grappling championships few years ago by today she would have been the richest fighter On the planet.

What was the first antibiotic?
Penicillin was the first antibiotic discovered by Alexander Fleming in 1928.
Alexander Fleming (1881-1955) was studying the Gram positive bacterium Staphylococcus aureus that causes throat infection. He was growing this organism in petri plates on agar medium. It is a common observation that such culture media often get contaminated with other microbes.
Fleming observed contamination of a blue green mould Penicillium notatum, is one of his culture plates. Normally, contaminated cultures are discarded, but Fleming retained this particular plate. It looked different, as the normal cloudy appearance resulting from bacterial growth was absent.
The presence of a clear area round the mould indicated that bacterial growth had been inhibited. Many other bacteriologists has also made the observation that moulds inhibit bacterial growth. But Fleming wanted to know why.
Further investigation led to the discovery that a toxic substance produced by the mould inhibited bacterial growth. Fleming named this substance penicillin (1928). He made the cautious statement that penicillin might prove to be an effective antiseptic agent against penicillin-sensitive microbes.
Subsequently, tests showed that penicillin was not toxic to human beings, and thus it became one of the most useful antibiotics. During World War II, penicillin proved to be of tremendous value in controlling infections among wounded soldiers

In World War II, in Libya, why were over 500 Allied tanks disabled in first six days of fighting? Was it the tanks themselves or something else that led to this?
Im not sure what you are referring to. In Operation Compass - the first action in Libya, the Western Desert Force had only 275 tanks in total, Matildas and A9, A10, and A13 Cruisers with a few Mk VI light tanks. In 2 months, they captured over 400 Italian tanks and tankettes, along with 133,000 POWs and 845 guns, for a loss of 500 KIA, 55 MIA, and 1873 WIA.
The 7th Armoured Division and 2 regiments (battalions) of armor in the 2d Armoured Division were withdrawn at the end of the campaign for refits, but that was largely due to mechanical breakdown on the armored vehicles of the units, a noted problem with British tanks in the early years of the war due to quality issues in manufacturing. British casualties were largely among the infantry units involved.By any account, it was a smashing British victory, and OConnor was preparing to advance and seize Tripoli, driving Axis forces from the Continent (Tripoli was held by four understrength, undertrained, and demoralized infantry divisions) when Churchill countered his orders and ordered key units (particularly the 9th Australian Division) to Greece to counter the German invasion of the Balkans, tossing away the chances for a decisive victory in the theater

Who is the most handsome villain in movies or comics?
Doctor DoomYes, Doctor Doom.I know, normally his face is disfigured and looks something like this:*Secret Wars #3If he is so handsome, then why does he wear a mask? Before he became the super-villain we all know and love, Doom was simply a genius.
But one day, an experiment went horribly wrong and it blew up in his face. As you can see, it damaged his once-handsome face with a small scar. In fact, in FF #278 (a retelling of Doomu2019s origin), he was building the mask to cover up his small scar.
But being the impatient man he is, he did not wait for the hot mask to cool down before placing it on his face further disfiguring his face by causing permanent burns. How badly he damaged his own face depends on the artist & writer. His story is rather tragic.
One scar, one imperfection that he could not fix led him to be an evil sorcerer and one of the Marvelu2019s greatest super villains. In the comics, Victor von Doom was one of the most handsome characters. However, that is no longer the case.
EDIT:I forgot something. Post Secret Wars Doom actually got his good looks back.

What would happen if the blockade on Gaza was lifted?
The blockade on Gaza serves a number of political purposes for Israel. By maintaining some joint operations with Fatah and refusing to even sit with Hamas, Israel keeps the Palestinians divided. The blockade is the equivalent of stirring the hornets nest, it gives Israel a certain legitimacy in its aggression against Gaza in the event it might look like its settling down.
It serves to deter too much aggression in the WB, as in Things could always be worse for us, look at Gaza.It shifts the focus somewhat off the settlements issueIt serves as Israel's example of What will happen if we give Palestinians too much autonomyIt is used as an example of why Israel believes WB settlements are not realy an issue, as in We pulled out of the settlement projects in Gaza and look at whats happened, they fire rockets at us.Finally, it allows Israel a way out of the conflict without giving too much up.
ie Annex WB, give the Palestinians there citizenship, retain a Jewish majority while remaining Democratic and just cut Gaza off all together. Its only a tiny strip anyway, and it back to back packed with angry Arabs

What is the best way to start practicing mindful meditation?
Actually our mind is in efforts for being a boss of us insisting that do it, which actually we do not wish to do in good sake of trueness of our responsibilities and we make our conscience in a concentration(br meditation) to hold the command it is main component of our spirit that is to say 'real we', it is a key point of our mental journey and here we definitely go as on one-self, for one-self & by one-self for one's mindfulness that is to hold our mind by just not being tamed by it !
So definitely we need here a solitude with a deeply in concentration of our Conscience that bring us , when we are in meditation, in a state phisically, as we were in mother's foetus(head down, legs fold, to one's knees ) that is nothing but extreme meditation to search about 'real we'!Morning meditation is for concentration, and evening meditation is for cleaning our inside and filling the vacant thus produced with good energy which is present outside in continuous in flow and after getting hold on it , the process of bringing concentration in one's Conscience, one enters in extreme meditation here a mentor may enter in one's awakening in regard of para-1 !So that's all think over it

What unpopular thoughts do you have about Harry Potter?
Ah welp, lots of good answers. But theres something which most of you guys have missed:In the last book, when Harry reentered the Forbidden Forest and found out that the Snitch actually contained the Ressurection Stone beneath, he used the following code to open it:Im about to die.In my so very humble opinion, the movies portrayed that scene better.
Daniel Radcliffe was given this line:Im ready to die. Isnt that the perfect closure that made us love Harry all the more? Its not just about the fact that youre doing, its about accepting it that makes fans love him so.
The movies are better in this regard.Another reason why the movies are better (and Ill keep this one short):Book Harry: Albus Severus Potter you were named for two Headmasters of Hogwarts, and one of them was probably the bravest man I ever knew.Movie Harry: Albus Severus Potter you were named for two Headmasters of Hogwarts, and one of them was the bravest man I ever knew.
No Probably here. Harry was grateful for all that Snape did, and he was certain that he was the bravest man hed ever met
