How do different LEDs produce different colors?
The color and luminous efficiency of LEDs are related to the materials and processes for making LEDs. Currently, red, green and blue are widely used. The materials used to make the LEDs can produce photons with different energies, thereby controlling the wavelength of the light emitted by the LED, that is, the spectrum or color. In the early days of the LED industry, the GaAs1-xPx material structure was used to theoretically produce LEDs of any wavelength from infrared light to green light. The wavelength of the LED can be determined by the PN junction voltage drop.1. Among them, a red LED with GaAs0.6P0.4, an orange LED with GaAs0.35P0.65, and a yellow LED with GaAs0.14P0.86 are typical. Since the manufacturing uses three elements of gallium, arsenic and phosphorus, these LEDs are commonly referred to as three-element luminous tubes.

How has your life changed during the past 20 years?I have bills, a car that is falling apart, pressure, stress and most likely diabetes. I've been in love, out of love and recently just putting love away in a savings account to see if it grows with time. Oh did I mention I have a plastic card that can get me countless amounts of materialistic nonsense, I have a smart phone that is making me dumb as time goes by and frankly I have a social network but 0 friends. I've learned that the people who taught me what to learn and not how to think were all lyars and I finally know all about government, evil, manipulation and what narcism or selfishness is all about, let me tell you I wish I hadn't. Basically my life has changed so much that I wish now I hadn't grown up, ever

I have a ceiling fan that uses 4 40 watt light bulbs . Can I put two 60 watt bulbs in and be fine until I get to the store?You still have incandescent lamps? Assuming we are talking conventional incandescent lamps, I would say that you should not put the 60W lamps in the fixture. The power ratings are PER LAMP not per fixture. The fixture has no way ove averaging the power. So placing 60W lamps in a 40W fixture is 50% overlimit. Bad. Also, most temporary fixes have a way of becoming permanent.So leave the lights off while you go to the store and by four 500 lumen bulbs that use 8W each.

Pick 90 CRI instead of 80 CRIIf you are illuminating the whole room with your fixture, make sure the lights are omnidirectional. That is, they look like old fashioned Edison shapes (A19) as opposed to directional lamps (PAR20)The conventional socket size is the Edison standard E26 (or E27 in a pinch)Welcome to the 21st Century!.

How does a single LED light glow in multiple colours?Hi, .. . It doesnt and cant.. . LEDs are a single, pure colour, narrow spectral width, and can be made from infra red, through the visible spectrum, usually Red, Orange, Yellow Green & Blue, and ultra violet.. . But only one pure colour.. . When you see, say 3 different colours, then there are three different colour LEDs all in the same package, each with their own connection wires. . .So the external electronics can switch which ever one on at any one time, or a mixture of different colours, to make white light, or a varying intensity of the different colours to make any colour you want. . . That is how LED TVs work. .
. . You can not get white LEDs .
. . Most that you see are actually Flourescents, they use blue (not UV) LEDs and the flourescent material changes some of that blue light to Red and Green light, the result is it looks white to you

What has been the biggest change in your life?All my major changes are because life-shaking incidences both in professional, financial as well as in personal life.Then some of the major changes in my life is due to impulsive actions as well.I took a totally different profession in my first job than related with my education.
Then because I was not given the position I was promised after delivering the results, I choose not to work till I get that position, which was a jump of 3 levels.I had to be jobless for 6 months to get that.Then a tragedy made a complete u-turn in my career.
It stopped my corporate career at zenith & brought me to counseling.Then I went to Executive coaching, business consulting, training all totally unrelated.Then another impulsive action created a big turmoil & shook our entire family & I again made major changes that I am still building.
It was both negatives & positives. But all the negatives got me something significant in life

It is surprising though, that all their members are still alive due to the fact that they all battled drug addiction and the horrors of Altamont 1969. Ramones, whose troubles come nowhere near the Stones, have all their members dead and the band were popular in the late 1970s. It is surprising to see all the members of the Stones alive and well, and that's a good thing

What is the smallest LED (Light Emiting Diode) size?The smallest standardized LED size is 0201: that is 2mil x 1mil x 1mil, where a mil is 0.001in. For comparison, an average grain of salt is 3mil on a side, giving it 4.5x the volume of an 0201 LED.I can consistently solder 0603 packages using a microscope and a temperature controlled iron. At this scale components "cook" rapidly; the 350C iron you use on 1/4W resistors will turn these SMT packages into burnt plastic. So, you set the iron at 280C and use lots of flux. Also, you preheat you PCB so the iron has less work to do bringing the pad up to temperature.
The forces from static charge and surface tension dominate gravity in this size range. You must consider how you will hold the device in place when you withdraw the iron. Depending on the circumstance, I use a dental pick and opthamologic surgery micro-tweezers for this task.
