In The Netherlands where since the 1960s authority has crumbled and people are relaxed, informal, we just say "Dag" (literally "Day", short for Goede Dag , meaning good day), in more formal setting we would say Dag . (MeneerSir, MevrouwLady, AgentPolice Officer, DokterDoctor, Buurman/BuurvrouwNeigbor etc.), or informally "Hallo", or depending on the time of the day Goede Morgen (good morning), Goede Avond (good evening), Goede Nacht (good night).
Younger people would informally greet others with "Hoi" (Hi).

How do you say "WTF" in Korean?
I'm not sure if this classifies as a true translation, but the closest thing I could think of was You'd use (heol) when you're at loss of words, surprised, or taken back. So it can mean 'huh?
' or 'what the hell.' if seeing something surprising. It's meaning is not as strong or vulgar as 'wtf' nor is it a direct translation, but it seems to be the best I can think of.
Side note : is usually used by teenagers, a lot more so than adults, so if you are an adult, using too often may make you seem slightly childish.

Why do Korean people say "fighting"?
Dan Kim s answer is so plausible I upvoted it!
But I believe people in Japan also use the word fighting as encouragement so the GIs egging on contractors story is probably not the origin.Namu Wiki is not the most reliable academic source but it says that we have been using it since the Japanese Imperial Occupation 191045 when boxing was introduced and became popular in Korea and Japan. The referee would start the bout with the English word Fight!
and that turned into a cheer. The contractor story is more colorful but I have a feeling the boxing story is probably closer

What is the best stack for ML and AI?
For data work at most companies, Python and R are the obvious choices.
While R compares really well with Python in basic ML, deep learning is more commonly done in Python (even though TensorFlow is available in R).Here's probably the most common ML/AI stack:Pandas for data analysisScikit for basic MLKeras/TensorFlow for deep learningPython is popular because itIs fairly easy to learnAllows for quick prototypingHas a fantastic communityOffers a ton of helpful packagesIs a full-blown programming languageNote that folks often switch from Python to C when they feel the need for speed (but it's significantly more difficult to work with).

What is the strangest thing you've ever seen as a teacher?
As she taught class, I took notice of how she was standing, sort of straddling the corner edge of the desk in the front of the room.
Not overtly, though. If one watched closely enough, one could notice exactly what was polishing the corner of the desk. She moved her hips in a soft circular motion.
That desk was the perfect height too. Scratching an itch, maybe? Yeah, but not a literal itch.
She was masturbating with the aid of the desk corner. As it turns out, I wasnt the only one who noticed. Several other students saw it.
Creative, not necessarily strange. We all get itches, right?Cheers.

How much time can it take to become an expert of C programming?
First you start learning C. You start with basics, data types, syntax, loops, classes etc will take less time to learn if you know C or any OOP language.
For a newbie the basics will take around 3 months if you stick to it and practice it at least 45 hours a day. There are new standards are coming of C every 3 years so understanding every language feature coming in that standard will take at least 2 months. So overall you can master C in just 6 months if you stick to it!

Why do many people around the world say many Koreans are rude and lack basic manners? I'm Korean.
I am living in Vietnam where there are seemingly millions of Korean and Chinese tourists.
The way I can pick the difference is in dress, with the Chinese decades behind but mainly by the rudeness and lack of basic manners shown by the Chinese in complete contrast to the Koreans, who do not talk loudly, do not block footpaths , do not haark loudly and spit in the street, do not scratch their private parts in public and generally do not blow their cigarette smoke over everyone in restaurants. I could go on and on but this will do for now.

Third, state the name of the person being introduced. This is the u2018lower-rankingu2019 person. Finally, offer some details about each, as appropriate.
Add a snippet of information about a topic of common interest between the two parties. Do not elaborate. This will help them connect and pursue a conversation

In Swedish, how do you say "you're welcome"?
I suppose you are referring to the situation when you have done/given something to someone, who says "thank you" - and then you reply "youre welcome". In Swedish we have an expression "Vl bekomme" but I think that one is a little outdated (I often see confusion in peoples faces when I use it). More 'modern' is "ingen orsak" (no reason), "ingen fara" (no risk), "det r lugnt" (it's calm, ie OK).
Happened to find this: In the Swedish language ('Ingen orsak') Why does 'no reason' mean 'don't mention it'?

What are unusual things that the Korean youth likes/does?
Its hard to say, most kids are so busy with school and studying.
Most of the kids like the typical things like phone-comp games, hanging out with friends doing whatever comes to mind, playing at the park (super nice btw), reading comics, sports, etc.Korea is very accountable to the youth, for example, computer gaming places dont allow students to stay after 10pm. The computer shuts off at 10 and to my surprise its actually a law.
Under age drinking is also strictly enforced.Generally, there isnt anything unusual for Koreas youth.

What are some cool and unusual ways to say hi?
Jokingly, I like to say "good day" in Italian. A tradition started with one of the residents (He was born in Italy) of a nursing home I used to work at. He would see me and say it, which I would repeat.
Then, he'd ask "Como Sta?" (How are you doing?).
I would respond, "molto bene" (very good). Other times, I would say "Buenos Aires." Which is a play on Spanish.
However, instead of "Good day", I am simply saying a city in South america.

How do you say ''we're here with you'' in Portuguese?
(Nu00f3s) estamos aqui com vocu00ea(We) are here with youInstead of u201ccom vocu00eau201d you could use u201ccontigou201d too and the u201cNu00f3su201d (We) is optional.
If you mean u201cyouu201d as in plural, it would be(Nu00f3s) estamos aqui com vocu00easThe u201ccontigou201d has u201cconvoscou201d as its plural, but itu2019s something very unusual to hear (at least for brazilian portuguese), sou2026 I would go u201ccom vocu00easu201d

How do you say "Welcome" in Romanian?
since everyone else said things like bine ai venit, there is also, bun ziua, which is also used for Welcome.bun ziua, literally means good day.
and bun, is pronounced boon-uh, as bun is pronounced boon, and letter with diacritics is pronounced as uh. and ziua is pronounced zee-ooh-ah, since zi is zee, u is oo, and a is ah. but then there is also, ziua bun, which is bun ziua, but reversed.
and both bun ziua and ziua bun have the same meaning

Why does this C code
The last line in the main function you mean? That's a signal to the operating system that the program terminated correctly. You can return other numbers as well and use them as error codes.
In Linux (and other similar systems to be sure) you can write the following in a shell: ls myFile && cat myFileLs will return something other than 0 if the file doesn't exist, and the shell sees that and doesn't run the command after &&, if the file does exist it will run cat and print the file contents to the screen.Pretty useless example, but it shows the basic mechanism )

How do I greet a person when I see them outside individually and in groups?
I think not only Hi but Hi followed by his name is more effective.
nHis name will get out of any thoughts if he was thinking anything.nIf he doesnt respond to you just make a smile at him with full of happiness. nBecause, he doesnt respond to you in 2 conditions only n1.
Wether he is bothered about any problemn2. He doesnt have intrest to talk with younFor these reasons smiling may not cause much damage. how do I greet a person when I see them outside individually and in groups?
