Im from Ontario and lived in Montreal for 6 months in 2012 for work purposes. I drove around the countryside in the area and everyone was fine. In Montreal, everyone seemed bilingual, which was just as well, as my French is terrible. In places like Sur Jean Richelieu, where the English was terrible like my French is, everyone still made a heroic effort to communicate.Ive also driven through Quebec to visit some family I have in Nova Scotia and New Brunswick and have never noticed any issue on the way there and back through Quebec. There is some political issues, but most of that has died down the last couple of decades.

Germany invaded The Netherlands, Belgium, Denmark and Norway.
Denmark capitulated without resistance. The Netherlands and Belgium had to capitulate after a couple of days. The french and English army were driven into the sea at Dunkirk.
So it wasnt just France. It were the armies of western Europe. England wasnt conquered because they are an island. Otherwise The German army would probably have driven the English past Hadrians wall.

But in your scenario, why would Trump veto it or a Democratic-controlled Congress want to even propose it? It would just give Trump that many more picks which would at worst remain unfilled if the new Senate Majority Leader decided to pull a Mitch McConnell and refuse to confirm any of his choices.But this aint happening, anyway, as Trump is not winning re-election if the Democrats manage to flip the Senate. Do you think Apple will get rid of the notch in the next iteration of the iPhone X?Im sure they want to, and they should, but there has to be a front facing camera for face id. Unless Apple will figure out a way to integrate microphone under the screen and somehow place a camera and sensors in a way, that will not make a notch on the screen (like slide in/ out camera on the side of the IPhone just throwing this idea out there), we will have to deal with this notch.But hey, that notch is not really a problem for humanity.

There is too much of poverty in India due to the 2 months lockdown, and even extreme poverty has firmly set in India. Everywhere there is hunger, starvation and death. What good and bad has AAP Govt. Done in Delhi?AAP Govt has done well in education and health departments. Although Delhi already has good education and health system but still they has been doing things that is helpful to common people.In any other department, I don't find any significant improvement. I personally don't like its freebies schemes.The way, AAP is only using Delhi as a platform to increase its presence in this country, makes me feel bad. I understand that govt here, has less work to do as it is small and already more developed place, but they are investing much of their energy in fighting than working on real issue, in right direction with honesty.
