The "revised decree" also puts forward requirements for the product marking of newly added "LED bulbs" or "LED lamps". According to the implementation rules of Japan's electrical appliances law, electrical appliances that have passed the safety certification must be marked with a circular PSE mark and the name of imported goods from Japan. In addition, rated voltage, rated power (only limited to lamps with discharge lamps, transformers and motors), rated power and rated frequency of applicable lamps (only limited to lamps with discharge lamps, transformers and motors), outdoor lamps (only limited to other incandescent lamps and other discharge lamps) and indoor lamps shall also be marked on the "LED lamps" label card (only for advertising lamps) and lamps with double insulation structure shall be marked with double insulation return sign.
