HELP! caramel apples!?
Make sure the apples are very dry.
Moisture on the apples will prevent the caramel from sticking to the apple.
The apples should be at room temperature as well. Cold apples will "sweat" a bit when the warm caramel is put on it. Then you have a wet apple and the caramel will not stay on the apple.
Make sure the caramel is not too hot. The caramel will be thicker as it cools a bit.

1800 my apple is how?
Few, if any birds would eat apple seeds, apple seeds have cyanide in them, which would kill nearly all birds that ate them The other answerer was probably correct in that people and horses spread the seeds, niether can digest apple seeds. Humans just drop the apple apple core after eating the rest of the fruit and in horses, they would just pass through the disgestive system intact, and end up in a pile of natural fertilizer

Apple and MAC are the same thing right?
Not exactly. Apple is a company that manufactures computers. Mac (or Macintosh) is the name of a family of computers made by Apple. Apple also makes iPods, iPhones, and iPads. Many years ago they also made other families of computers such as the Apple II, Apple III and Lisa (none of which are still made today). What you are asking is kind of like suggesting Microsoft and Windows XP are the same thing, and they aren't

why does apple only make apple computers?
The fact that you're comparing a Windows-based computer that has many manufacturers to a MAC-based computer that a single manucaturer says it all.
Once again you said it...people bought them for $600. And in general they ARE user friendly, especially if you've never used a computer before. Many people prefer Macs for one reason or another, whether that is the ease of use or the protection from MOST viruses.

What is your favorite apple color?
To eat--Winesaps (a mostly red apple) For pie and sauce--Rome Beauties (redder than Winesaps) For cider--mixture of all (we had seven kinds of apple trees on the farm where I grew up) Some times I like to eat Granny Smiths. I don't like Delicious (red or yellow) as the are rather mealy and mushy in texture. I like apples that are quite crisp. ;-))

Dell Laptop or Apple Laptop?
Windows won the PC wars a long time ago for a reason. A Windows PC will be compatible with nearly all hardware and software. Just look around. Go to download.com and compared the number of apps that are available for Macs vs Windows. With a Mac you're gonna have to go through convolutions to get a lot of things to work.
If you get a Mac, you're gonna be paying for a name and style, not for substance, as is usual with Apple.
Get a Dell.

How does the Apple trademark work?
Trademarks only apply in particular goods or services. The word "apple" cannot be enforced as a trademark in any field where it is "merely descriptive", i.e., in fruit or other botany. As a trademark for computers and related electronics and publications, however, it is a unique and highly valuable trademark.
Neil is wrong: the word itself is a registered trademark for a variety of products and services of Apple Inc.

Why don't you plant your apple seeds so you get free apples?
I have one apple tree and it makes more apples than one person could ever use. I have to give them away, and still hundreds hit the ground. More than the deer and other animals can eat. The hours spent cleaning the mess up in the fall, The hours spent trimming the tree and cleaning that mess up

which do you prefer Android or Apple?
You prefer apple? You had to give the reason.
Why? Because it is not free in most of the apps? Hard to work with? Complicated?
Android is much better. Free apps, good appearance, updatable, and there are many applications you use for PC, available for Android : Photoshop, Antiviruses like AVG, Nod32,themes like Windows 7(Changes appearance, makes it just like Windows 7), all and all for android. But Apple's app are made of Apple's Macintosh OS(That people use it less than Windows).
Still, do you think apple's better?

4 lbs apples?
It certainly depends on the size and type of apple. Best bet would be to just use one of the scales at the grocery store to weigh them. If you can't do that, then a best estimate would be 10 or 12 apples. I buy the 3lb bags and there are usually 8 or so apples in there I think? Tack on another 1/3 bag to get 4 pounds and 10 apples should do it
