Keep your hopes high, that company never deserved you. Remember the names of the CEO and that other colleague. One day you will be in a position when you will just view their profile on linkedin, just to to show them that you are at a better place.

This happened to me, Guess what I was training people and they will become my manager and get promoted. After two years they just let me go. So what where I am now.

I got another job where I am paid more. Infact I am bring all the money in this company. I found out that every other person hired in lower positions are paid more than me.

What I did? I give my notice last week? Now I got a better position.

All I am hearing is that once he is gone everyone will go down. He is the one who was keeping all the customer happy. All their website were ranking good.

They were investing more money on their marketing bla bla bla. To me I dont care. My favorite dialogue from scar face Never under estimate the other person greedSo my friend dont worry about anything.

Just apply and keep looking. You will get what you deserve. Sometimes it takes time to getter a better opportunity.

What is something you cannot forgive your parents for no matter how you try?

I didnt actively try to forgive my parents for anything, but here I am at 54, and there really isnt anything left to forgive. Im moved on with my life, and it is filled with joys and contentedness I could only dream of as a kid.

My mother died a few years ago, and I stopped having anything to do with her several years before that. I see my dad every year or two, and I expect nothing more than he is able to give emotionally, which is limited. Those needs are met by others and within myself.

As the ripples get fainter and fainter, forgiveness seems to take their place. If I had stayed in touch with my mother, or had more to do with my father, new stones would cause an endless supply of strong, new ripples in my life and in my being.

And would surely overlap with older ones that would then re-consume my thoughts. I think forgiveness is the absence of relevance of the person and/or deed in your current life and psyche. It doesnt mean reconciling with the perpetrator, or thinking the deed was okay, or no big deal.
