There isnt any developed continent (unless you count Australia as a continent country and not part of a continent Oceania).Even North America and Europe have developing and underdeveloped (El Salvador, Moldavia) countries.Some countries in Africa will definitely become developed. As to whether the whole continent will become developed? Its anyones guess. The same for whether Europe, Asia or North America would become developed continents
