Is It Safe to Use Organic Apple Cider Vinegar to Lower Your Blood Pressure?

I was having difficulty with high blood pressure and high cholesterol. Subsequently, the Dr placed me on various meds (that resulted in side effects and very little management control for my conditions). I have always been a strong advocate of natural methods to control as many maladies as possible. I agree that seeing a dr and getting a proper diagnosis is essential. I decided to investigate a more natural alternative and as a result I no longer need the medications originally prescribed, nor do I have high blood pressure or high cholesterol any longer. The natural method I have chosen costs pennies per day without side effects. Use the following recipe: 1 Cup Organic Apple Cider Vinegar 1 Cup Organic (Indigenous) Honey 8 Cloves of Organic Garlic (peeled) Place all ingredients in a blender and liquify. Place in a glass jar and leave in refrigerator for 5 days. After 5 days shake and add two teaspoons and mix in a cup of orange juice and drink once a day. Within a matter of a few weeks go to the dr and get a bp check. You will be surprised. I prefer to use natural ingredients instead of dumping chemicals into my body that will do more harm then something grown or produced from the earth. This concoction is also good for boosting your immune system and helps prevent allergies (indeginious honey). It boosts up your energy levels as well. I have been using this remedy for several years and have not had any ill effects. I have not had any colds, flu, or allergies. I have more energy and my bp and cholesterol levels are excellent. It's also important just to use common sense regarding diet, exercise, sleep and stress reduction techniques.

1. Apple Cider Vinegar for horses?

I am unsure of the effect Apple Cider Vinegar would have on the treatment of colic. However, I add about 1/4 of a cup of Apple Cider Vinegar to my horses feed everyday for overall health. Apple Cider Vinegar can be used for treating fungal infections on the skin also by applying with a cotton swab to affected areas, and it is great for us too!

3. Do you take Apple Cider Vinegar pills?

people take apple cider vinegar for all kinds of reasons. cleansing, weight loss, detox.... it is said that socrates, plato, isaac newton... all the genius' of the past used apple cider vinegar. I take it, but only in the liquid form. no it does not taste great, but i know it is better than the pills. you can mix the liquid with water, or pour it over a salad. when you buy the pills, you really dont know for sure how much of the medicinal properties you are getting from that pill. if you buy the liquid, purchase Bragg's (brand) Apple Cider Vinegar with the mother. with the mother means that the fiber from the fruit is added. you can see it settled on the bottom. I take is for a cleansing aid, with all the pollutants of processed and inorganic foods.

4. can i drink Apple Cider Vinegar with pineapple juice or any other juices?

Sure - but effective at what? Some popular books claim health benefits from drinking cider vinegar, but there is not any proof that it is effective for any of the claimed benefits. However, it wo not hurt to drink some in reasonable quantities. I would dilute or mix it however, since alone few people would like it. How about just adding more sweet & sour sauces to your diet? And other foods and recipies that contain vinegar. Mustard comes to mind, but there are many others

5. WHAT IS THE BEST BRAND OF APPLE CIDER VINEGAR?

Bragg is a good brand. Always choose organic. All natural does not, mean the same thing as organic. ADD: Bragg can also be found in most supermarkets.

6. Can I use Apple Cider Vinegar instead of Regular Vinegar in a cake recipe?

Oh yeah, apple vinegar can be a little sweeter too so it works great in baked goods :)
