Well you can't really tell who the"best"in investment is.But I read a lot of tech news and come across these VC's quite often. In my opinion they are probably the best out there because of one or two star investments they might have made.

Andreessen Horwitz made a whopping $78 million on a $250,000 investment from the sale of Instagram. And is labelled as u201cSilicon Valley's Bestu201dSequoia Capital which also invested in Stripe and WhatsApp are very good VC's who are known in the tech world.If you do a bit of research on these VC's you'll find out that their founders were actually involved in the tech world before becoming VC's, hence their success.

So keep in mind that if your startup isn't promising enough they'll ignore you and maintain they're reputation. Its as simple as that.Personally though, I'd rather you focus on the product you're building and not the investment bit.

Yes it is important. But what is more important is the fact that you create an awesome product. After that these VC's will come knocking at your door.
