That's the same first name as Princess Fiona from the "Shrek" film series and although I have not seen them in years, I am fairly certain a pie is eaten in one, if not all of them. Check. What is changed in Apple

I went to Apple Store in Ottawa today, which is in the biggest shopping mall in Ottawa, Canada. I was going to buy an iPhone 6 plus for my wife as a present. Well, honestly, I am not a fan of Apple's products. As a software test engineer, I use all platforms in my daily work. I use Windows 7 to compose email, write documents, as well as all paper works I have to do with Microsoft Office, meantime, I use Ubuntu for coding, testing and compiling the patches and hotfix. In addition, I got a Mac Book pro 2010 as I started to deal with some particular customer cases which only occurred in OSX. In personal life, I have an iPad mini (the first generation), and that's it. I like the good design of hardware of Apple products, and some handy features of iOS and OSX. Furthermore, the more impressive thing I have for Apple is their service, which is used to be very good till today. I've been visit a few Apple Stores in different places, Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai, Beijing, Los Angles, San Francisco, New York, Austin, Bangkok, Vancouver and…Ottawa where I am now living. I did get very very nice service so far — as I said—till today.Well, back to the story today. I checked with a staff if they have iPhone 6 plus in stock. He quickly answered me a "NOTHING". All right, it's understandable. Then, I played around the new iPad Air 2 for a while and I happened to browse the iPhone 6 reservation website, and it indicated that they did have iPhone 6 plus (16GB) available. Therefore, I got back to the same staff again and showed him the web page. He shrugged and said, "sorry, we have nothing", even did not bother to double check. OK, I went to another staff who was standing by another table and asked the same question. He used his iPad mini and checked the inventory and told me they did have 16GB available, and nicely (thank God and Tim Cook) told me that I could make a reservation online if I need 64G/128G. I talked to my wife, and she would rather get a 64GB version. It's the end of the story. After Mr. Cook took over the CEO, the changes of Apple are discussed by people for a while. Well, so far, I did not see any new and exciting thing introduced by Cook. But, surprisingly, the service quality seems a bit…. eh…not-Apple style.
