You would determine what pixel pitch you need by defining the minimum viewing distance (MVD). The MVD is the closest you can get to the screen before the pixels start appearing as dots. Each LED giant screen manufacturer has its own method on how to calculate the MVD of a screen. There is not an absolute answer, because each one of us has a different eye's perception. A fairly precise and easy way to calculate the MVD would be converting the pixel pitch into distance. For example, a maxi-screen with 10mm pitch has a MVD of 10m, while a 20mm pitch screen has a MVD of 20m.

LED's for car headlight possible?
LED healamp fixtures are actually slowly working their ways into cars, IN performance they fall between incandescent bulbs, and HID lamp, in terms of how much light they produce.
One problem with led bulbs is the tremendous amoutn fo heat they create, it is difficult to manufacture headlamp assemblies that can disperse the heat each individual LED creates because they are all so close to eachother.
Some of the new audis have led headlights
How many adapters can you add onto a 12 volt cigarette lighter in your car?
led lights dont draw much current,,,,think its safe but if it blows a fuse or wire at cigarette lighter is warm...take it back out..too....try ro find the draw on rach of your led lights and add them up
What is the importance in identifying the properties of minerals
Once a mineral's properties are known, the specific applications for that mineral in industry or manufacturing can be detailed. The identification of mineral properties have led to the production of the massive number of consumer products that are available today.
What can you tell me about puttin LED lights in my car?
Depends - do you mean additional interior lighting, replacing existing lights, or exterior lights.
You can get replacement LEd bulbs that will fit most standard fittings - you cna replace tail, stopp, indicator, sidelight, running light number plate and fog light bulbs.
No way to do headlights yet - they are not bright enough.
On the interior, you can replace most of the standard and dash bulbs for white or coloured led. Additional lighting can be done by wiring and extra bulb holder or LED light rope or pad to an existing interior light power supply.
For lights that are on all the time, you will need to find an ignition controlled power supply, but I'd avoid these as they can make driving at night hazardous.
Bulbs are being replaced by CFL or LED lights because they are not good for environment Do you know CLF and LED are also made by using mercury and lead
LEDs does not contain any harmful chemicals, they are environmental friendly. But CFLs are made up of harmful chemicals called. Mercury.. They are harmful for our health and environment also when exposed. But this can be taken care of if handeled with care, and people should start using only these energy saving bulbs for the betterment of electricity bill and environment.. .>. .Incandescent bulbs are being replaced by CFL or LED lights because they save energy not by how incandescent bulbs affect the environment. With the cost of electrical generation increasing, the main objective of the home owner is to reduce their power consumption to save money. The LED lamp market does just that. A 60 watt incandescent lamp is being replaced with a 14 watt LED lamp without a sacrifice of lamp output. This means that four 14 watt LED lamps can be operated at the same cost as one 60 watt incandescent lamp.
Sylvania halogen headlight bulb color temperature?
All passenger car headlight bulbs are 55 watt halogens. It's federally regulated. The blue ones that everyone thinks are so groovy are called HID or "high intensity discharge" and are fabulous until you find out that a replacement bulb is $200 instead of the usual $10. If your headlights are not bright enough the likely culprits are they are not aimed properly or the lenses are fouled.
LED traffic signal modules
The launch of the KhanyaLED high-performance LED traffic signal module was received enthusiastically by a number of city authorities at the AMEU Congress held at Upington in August 2002. This was as a result of innovation which led to the local development of a very cost-effective device that meets local conditions such as higher than normal temperatures, and the relevant SABS specifications. With an increasing number of failed traffic signals, the public is probably unaware that major municipalities routinely replace the incandescent bulbs every three months, in addition to unpredicted failures. The operating life of an LED, on the other hand, is said to be in excess of ten years. KhanyaLED has designed its 85-element cluster with electronic redundancy so that a major failure (loss of one of three sectors) will see a reduction of only 30% in intensity, with the blacked-out LEDs being distributed randomly over the surface. The more likely failure of a single LED sees only a 1% drop in intensity and would be invisible to the casual observer.
Postive things about the machine gun and how it was used in WW1?
Well WW1 was the first war the gas operated machine gun was used. It caused devastation and completely changed the way wars are fought. They ended Calvary and troop charges and led to the use of trenches during WW1. It was effective and was the real cause of the stalemate during all of the war. It killed a lot of people and changed warfare, gave extreme fire power to a small team, around 2 men.
New LED streetlights deliver huge energy savings
Running costs for street lights in the borough have plummeted spectacularly following the switch to LED lights. The programme to swap out the older, inefficient bulbs has halved energy costs and slashed Hammersmith & Fulham Council's carbon use. Almost all the new low-energy streetlights have now been installed. The work began in February 2017 and has seen a 56 per cent drop in energy costs for the council. "We are delighted that we are saving taxpayers' money as well as saving the planet," said Cllr Wesley Harcourt, H&F Cabinet Member for Environment. "Swapping out the inefficient old bulbs for LEDs will lead to big long-term savings for the council, freeing-up money that can be put towards other essential services for residents. Reducing our energy consumption is a major part of our plan to become the greenest borough in Britain." The rollout of the new lights began in February 2017 and has also involved all the borough's estates. Almost 8,500 streetlight bulbs have been swapped over, with 150 more LEDs installed across the various estates. The new LED lights are better as they: ⢠use much less electricity than other lamps or bulbs, reducing energy costs ⢠produce a white light for the human eye to see natural colours at night ⢠switch on instantly at full output with no warm-up time. The brighter natural white light from the LEDs also gives better CCTV camera footage, providing clearer video images and increasing the chances of successful convictions and deterring would-be criminals. See what else we are doing to become the greenest borough in Britain. Want to read more news stories like this? Subscribe to our weekly e-news bulletin.
LED Traffic Lights Can't Melt Snow, Ice | News from
LED bulbs use 90% less energy than incandescent bulbs, and states such as Wisconsin have seen savings of $750,000 per year. While incandescent bulbs must be replaced every 12 to 18 months, LEDs installed seven years ago are still going strong, according to Wisconsin's Department of Transportation. Then you have situations in Illinois last April, when 34-year-old Lisa Richter made a left turn and was killed by a driver coming the other direction because ice and snow obscured the traffic signal. Winter storms covering LED traffic lights have been blamed for dozens of accidents as they have become more common in the past 10 years. Right now, the only solution state authorities have is to send out city crews with air compressors to blow snow and ice off obscured lights (which kind of negates the money savings from LED lights). Other states have begun testing other solutions such as installing weather shields or adding heating elements similar to those used for airport runway lights. While waiting for a technological fix, though, drivers should treat obscured lights the same way they would a broken traffic signal: Proceed with caution. how do you make a plant cell project using LED lights?
You have to collect a lot of undifferentiated plant cells, feed them with an appropriate medium, and in petri dishes, separate a few samples, grow them under led lights of different colors and search for differences in number of cells after a x period of incubation. Differences are going to be due to led light wavelenght.
is acid rain considered a type of pollution?
It must be seen as water pollution for my section because of the fact acid rains are led to after air is polluted, so the acid rain is led to after the component to air pollution, isn't it? & those pollution in air gets blended up with the rain droplets and help to pollute the water bodies like lakes, properly, ponds, rivers, seas, oceans & additionally pollutes the atmosphere working example acid rain falling on some comfortable flora can help to wreck this is cells on it leaves and consequently kill the plant, in all likelihood. So i think acid rain must be categorised below water pollution as this is the rain droplets(that's water) that's polluted.
People who are married or getting married can you answer this question?
I did lol....
The hotel room did NOT allow candles so I found this pretty LED Flicker candle & water fountain set (portable)...three LED candles of different heights standing in a recepticle filled with polished stones...the water flowed from one candle to the other, over the stones and then refilled the first candle again which overflowed into the second, which overflowed into the first...and the lights shining thru the water were so pretty....and the gentle sounds of gurgling water so soothing....
The husband watched while I set it up in front of the dresser mirror so it would reflect...and then I turned out the lights.
