The weather is moderate with dry, sunny weather in the summer and even autumn months. Come winter it is overcast, rainy/drizzly, and it may snow. However, last winter was really bad where the UK experienced the worst snowstorms in forty years. Springtime is a mix of cold and sun and rain. Because Newcastle is so far north it's typically colder than in the south so even if it's sunny and warm it wo not be as hot as in the south
1. how can you loose weight, fast?
look at your weight goal. then multiply that number by 10 (EX: goal 120 lbs. 120x10=1200) thats how many calories you should have a day. exersize at LEAST 30 minutes a day, weather thats sit ups push ups walking jogging etc... and btw snacks dont make you eat any less at dinner or lunch, so if you can go without snacks, please do so. Make yourself busy enough to not think about food, because for me if i even think about food i get hungry. also, only drink water. ppl have lost weight JUST by drinking more water (8 glasses a day). Dont eat past 7 or 7:30
2. I need to know how long it may take to cure concrete in Washington state, before I put an 8 man Hot tub on it?
Cold weather and even cool weather can delay the setting time of concrete. The cure time is not generally impacted if the concrete is adequately protected. A massive concrete placement will generally not need significant supplemental heat or massive blankets to keep it from freezing due to the heat of hydration involved in the concrete curing process. A thin slab, say 4 or 5" thick should probably be covered with protective insulated concrete blankets if the air temperature is to get below freezing the first three days of curing. Your concrete contractor should have these blankets available if he is a real concrete contractor. To get the best cure the surface of the concrete should be kept wet for at least the first 7 days. In lieu of blankets you could use a sprinkler system to keep the concrete wet and to keep the concrete from freezing in weather slightly below freezing by just allowing a continuous wetting process to keep the concrete surface at the temperature of the flowing water. (Do not sprinkle the surface until the initial set has taken place to avoid damaging the concrete surface. Your contractor will be able to determine when to start the water cure process so that the surface will not be damaged.) Adding hot / warm water to the concrete mix will do very little to keep the concrete from being damaged in below freezing temperatures. The hot / warm water is basically an aid for the concrete contractors concrete finishers in that the warmer water temperature will assist in the concrete taking its initial set more quickly and thereby allow the finishers to finish the concrete earlier without having to wait for the concrete to take longer to achieve its initial set in cold weather. The warmer water will do nothing significant to keep the concrete from freezing or making the concrete any stronger, it just helps the contractor that does not appear to know how to handle cold weather concreting. As far as adding a salt to keep concrete from freezing it certainly is not recommended or even acceptable in commercial concreting. Salt assists in concrete breaking down and failing due to freezing and thawing. For at least the first winter there should never be any salt applied to the new concrete surface for ice control. Obviously if salt should not be applied to the surface it certainly should not be incorporated into the concrete mix. If the concrete is placed no later than Tue. the Hot Tub could be installed no earlier than Fri. (Three days minimum, four would be better.) By installation I mean setting up the tub and making the electrical, water and drain connections. This does NOT include filling the tub with water at this time. Three or four days cure is not an adequate for the concrete to reach suitable strength, especially in cold / cool weather to support the weight of a filled eight man hot tub. Keep the concrete wet and keep it from freezing for at least 10 days after concrete placement before filling the hot tub. If this requires the installer to come back to check out and adjust the hot tub controls it will be better than damaging the support slab. May be your concrete contractor would like to pick up any costs resulting from a return trip to finish the hot tub installation since he caused the issue.
3. What type of shoes are in this month?
