Not at all. I sell that kind of stuff all the time and when adults like and collect things I can sell for much higher prices
1. What is exactly wrong with banning high calorie Happy Meals that entice kids with toys?
It should be up to the parents to teach their kids nutrition and not be so lazy that the government has to ban food
2. What are the factors to consider before buying kids toys?
The factors I look for are: safety, age-appropriate, non-violent. Sometimes toys can be chosen for fun & sometimes they can also teach. The other factor, is if it's something the child likes. Sometimes gender plays a role. I would usually buy a doll for a girl, but some boys like them too. I would let the parents buy that though, in that case
3. Where do you keep your kids toys?
If I had the extra room, I would definitely use it as a playroom. I would keep books and quieter toys in the bedroom, but otherwise everything else would go in the playroom. My children's room is organized as such: my sons toys separated by big plastic bins. One for trains, one for cars and trucks. My daughter has barbies and ponies separated in big plastic bins on her side of the closet. Then they share a book case of learning toys, books, and puzzles. I myself, just moved into a smaller place- a 3 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and had to consolidate A lot of stuff. I am struggling to move 1400 square feet of furniture into 1200 square feet of space. with one extra child.
4. How often do you wash your kids toys?
Honestly stuffed animals I do not wash unless she spits up on them or takes them out of the house, plastic toys not very often unless she has been sick or they were taken out of the house(but I have only a select few that go out) and large toys only if she has been sick. My daughter is 5 months and has only been sick with a cold once. So I have not washed her toys much
5. How can I organize my kids toys better? It's driving me bonkers!!?
extremely! My son's well-liked component he have been given became blocks, and it became a a hundred piece set. no longer basically the sq. ones, yet those with triangles, 0.5 spheres, ect. they are everywhere in the living room! each and every time we've him help us sparkling them up (he's eighteen months previous) he dumps all of them back out returned! luckily my daughters are older and that they've been glued to their DSi's for the previous day and a 0.5! a minimum of they are no longer making a large number!.
6. am i allowed to sell brand name kids toys on a website?
Yes you can sell brand name products, as long as they are not knock off made in china. (boot-leg) All other web sites sell brand- named products, like amazon and over stocked. you go girl and make some money.
7. Where to sell kids toys?
I would try craigslist first. You can either look for a buyer (WTB) or post your items under toys. After that I would look for an independent toy shop and try to sell to them. Like Kokomo Toys in well Kokomo, Indiana. After that I would look for a general thrift store hoping they would buy toys
8. PARENTS...aarrgghh..please tell me why the h!@# they make kids toys?
PARENTS...aarrgghh..please tell me why the h!
9. Do you wash your kids toys?
Yeah. Some say I am OCD about cleaning, but I have always washed my kids' toys periodically. Now that I also run a home daycare, I sanitize the toys and surfaces of everything the kids use at least once a week, sometimes more. Like this past week we had a stomach virus so I sanitized them twice...obsessed? Probably, I admit it!
10. Adults: Are there any kids' toys, like Barbies, with which you secretly want to play?
Well, I am 15, going on to 16, and I still have a collection of pokemon and i sleep with my hello kitty build-a-bear everynight. aha.
