You are partially correct. All three: power, current, and voltage are limiting factors for your power supply. If your power supply is labeled 0-24VDC 5A max, then it means it can handle these max ratings:So you say your LED's draw 18A total. This is only half of the equation. You also need to know what voltage the strip needs to be supplied. If the voltage that the strip requires is less than 1/18 of 120 (6.67V), then congrats, your power supply can handle your LED strip. If the required strip voltage is > 6.67V, then your total power draw will be > 120W which is no good. However, you can not just willy nilly plug the LED strip into the power supply because remember, your power supply can only handle 5A. Achilles last stand - Bonham and JPJ really drive this song, and the drumming sounds like gunfire. This 10 minute song feels like 3 to me and Pageu2019s solo is just so intense.Kashmir - Plant once said that this was one of his favorite songs and I can completely understand why. The song omits an out-of-this-world feel and energy rush that I feel no other rock song can capture.Black Dog - Such a great song opening and riff from JPJ. Plantu2019s voice soars between the guitar licks while Page and Bonham work meticulously to match the jaw-dropping time signatures. Whole lotta love - The greatest riff in rock music, ever, imho. There are TRiAC dimmers, ELV Dimmers, and UNIVERSAL Dimmers. each use a similar but different technology to Dim an LED bulb. each will get different results depending on the Load you have on the switch, and the type of bulb you are using. i have tried many different bulbs each labeled DIMMABLE with a Lutron MACL-153 ELV digital dimmer.... each bulb the same wattage, and each dimmed differently. i would recommend the Lutron CTCL-153 as it is mechanical and has a much more precise range for dimming with a low LED wattage of 20watts load or less.

disregard the other answer. in this application, the purpose of the resistor is to provide sufficient load current so that the flasher mechanism on your car will work. without a load some flashers do not work, or works erratically you can test that by removing the standard light bulb and see if the flasher is “stuck“ or continues to flash normal. if it continues to flash with no bulb, then it will work even better with the LED and no resistor is needed. if not, instead of adding the resistor, i would go to an auto parts store and see if they have what is called a “heavy duty“ flasher unit for your car. the HD flasher allows adding extra bulbs (like for when pulling a trailer) but more importantly, the flash rate is independent of the number of bulbs lit. With an HD flasher unit, you wo not need the resistor. i never heard of anyone switching to LED lamps to save current consumption. the main feature of LED lighting is longer service life.
