What Are Some Tips on How to Turn a Friend Zone to a Relationship with a Girl?

Oh boy! If the question is if it can be done then yes, you can get out of the friend zone. HOOwwweever!

Its super hard and not worth the effort. Think of it like an appliance. When something small breaks like a belt or gear it is worth fixing.

However, there comes a time when the machine has been damaged enough that its simply just better buying a new one This is because it will take a lot lf time and money to fix it and hope that nothing else breaks when you could buy a new one and live with the peace of mind that it will last. The friendzone is like that machine that has a broken component that is not worth fixing. Let me put it another way.

lets say I give you a game plan that has a good percentage to work but it will take you 5 to 7 years to pull it off. Are you willing to put in that time and effort to something that MAYBE it can work? During those 5 years you could have met a different person and develop a relationship.

If in 5 years you don't succeed then you will be once again start from zero except now you wasted 5 years. Oh! times matters and it matters alot here is why.

The number of dateable people available to you decreases with time. In the nothern united states by about 27 years old people are already married and start having kids. That means that they started dating say by about 25.

If you are now 25 and you waste 5 years of your life by the time you reach 30 the mayority of the people around you would have already been married. On top of that you still have all the usual obstacles like you have to like them, have compatibility etc etc.The trick to not falling into a friend zone is to make it clear from the get go that you are looking for a romantic relationship and not just friendship.

Like when buying a car you know what you want. You want a pickuptruck but the seller its offering you a moped. Well, are you going to settle for a moped?

Good luck hauling cargo with a moped. Just say no and biy somewhere else.

Do earthworms threaten soils and plants?

Earthworms have been called u2018ecosystem engineersu2019.Much like human engineers, earthworms change the structure of their environments. Different types of earthworms can make both horizontal and vertical burrows, some of which can be very deep in soils.

These burrows create pores through which oxygen and water can enter and carbon dioxide can leave the soil.Earthworm casts (their faeces) are also very important in soils and are responsible for some of the fine crumb structure of soils.Earthworms play an important role in breaking down dead organic matter in a process known as decomposition.

Earthworms do this by eating organic matter and breaking it down into smaller pieces allowing bacteria and fungi to feed on it and release the nutrients.Negative effects: 1)Sure, they decompose organic matter, break it into usable nutrients for their local ecosystems and recycle compost. But as helpful as they are, researchers have recently come to see the earthworm in another way: as destructor.

The very same traits that make them beneficial can also make earthworms harmful. Study after study finds that earthworms are voracious eaters: One found they can break down about 90 percent of the surface leaf litter in an apple orchard in a single winter; another estimated that earthworms can consume about 9,240 pounds (4,200 kilograms) of organic litter for every 2.47 acres in 11 weeks.

But that same leaf litter that earthworms eat so efficiently is also the habitat for spiders, lizards, beetles and other arthropods, frogs, snails and innumerable other species. Put simply, earthworms eat these other animals and plants out of house and home.2) The litter horizon also serves as protection for seeds that grow to form the understory plant community of a forest -- all the smaller plants and saplings that make up the lower canopy of vegetation near ground level.

Studies have found earthworm activity can reduce both the total coverage and the diversity of plant species among the understory canopy by between 25 and 75 percent. This effect ripples up the food chain to affect deer and other vertebrates that depend on that vegetation for food.3)There is also evidence that earthworms also have a counterproductive effect on carbon sequestration.

One of the major roles of soil is to act as a sink for storing carbon and prevent a disproportionate release into the atmosphere. That organic material earthworms eat have carbon locked up inside, in addition to nitrogen; worms unlock this carbon by breaking down the organic matter, and can contribute to as much as an additional 28 percent of carbon released from the soil

What do Lisp programmers think of Haskell?

I've been trying out Haskell, Clojure and Racket in the last couple of years.

Originally I thought I'd take to Haskell because from the outside, I thought its syntax was beautiful and elegant and Lisp looked comparatively verbose. At the same time, I've never been much of a fan of static typing but Haskell's type inference looked nice. And people were saying many good things about it.

In practice, while I enjoyed and admired Haskell, I still found the typing counter-intuitive and a faff. While at the same time I fell in love with Lisp. Ironically, writing a lot of Lisp for the first time made me wish I had more static typing .

It's like this. In OO languages, I never missed static typing moving from Java to Python. In practice you don't actually make a lot of mistakes with types when your code looks like :box.

drawOn(canvas)That's kind of hard to get wrong.OTOH, when you're writing(drawOn box canvas)it's actually much easier to get the arguments the wrong way around. Or to pass a box instead of a box etc.

Particularly in Clojure, with its absolutely horrible error reporting, silly mistakes like that are a PITA. So, like I say, ironically, Lisp made me nostalgic for Haskell's static types and I began to investigate the Lisp optional typing story (I'm not using it yet, but I believe I will start to). But, equally ironically, I've become a passionate fan of Lisp's syntaxlessness.

Especially because I've also adopted ParEdit in Emacs. Which means not only am I writing the Abstract Syntax Tree of my program directly, but I'm doing sensible tree manipulations on it. You will not find it easy to drag me away from this awesomeness.

So, WRT Haskell vs. Lisp. I thought I'd like the syntax and hate the types.

In practice, while the types pushed me away (and towards giving Lisp a solid chance), it's ultimately the syntax(lessness) that has made me passionate about Lisp. And I'm up for bringing at least some static typing into my practice there.Clojure is a wonderful language.

A lot of libraries and solid concurrency tools. (And with Overtone I can do music with it too.) ClojureScript is a great story for writing browser-based reactive front-ends.

And Racket seems to have me covered when I want to write small natively compiled tools. So some kind of Lisp seems to meet all my needs today. (At some point I'll finally take the plunge into Emacs Lisp to improve my working environment too.

) OTOH, Haskell is a great language, but I don't personally see myself going back to it in the near future.

How do you introduce a visiting dog to your dog?

Calmly, confidently and by man and dog observing correct Canine introductory etiquette.

Always introduce dogs in open areas that allow ample access to exit routes that permit flight response if required by any dog during the introduction. This is critical. Fight / flight mechanisms engage instantly.

Normal preference for all animals including us is to choose flight, live to fight another day. However, if flight is restricted by lack of access to escape routes the dog has no option but to engage fight drive. Therefore, canine introductions within narrow hallways will always end badly.

Best place to do it would be your largest room or, best option, the garden if available.Allow your dogs to introduce themselves on a loose leash, so you're ready to respond to any aggressive vocalisations if required.Upon introduction, all humans should erupt in high pitched praise, baby talk and high pitched mumbo-jumbo as they meet.

If you do this convincingly, without shy embarrassment, you will transfer a signal to your dog to produce dopamine. You'll notice wagging tails and a general air of unity and gregarity. With all dogs producing a dopamine response to each other, in an open area, the first time introduction will go very well and the dogs will quickly become comfortable with each other.

Once they do you can allow them all off lead and free to socialise with each other but still under the supervision of adult owners.Caveats:Reactive fearful and/or aggressive dogs should never be introduced to others, especially in a dogs u2018s home territory, without first undergoing proper behaviour modification rehabilitation.Constant supervision by adults responsible for the dogs during any interaction between unfamiliar dogs is required.

Young children should not be present during any first time interaction between dogs.If any human displays anxious body language (staring into the dog pack interaction is typical and should be consciously avoided) and/or has a cortisol release (anxiety, aggression, confusion, fearfulness) during the interaction things can go wrong very quickly.Keep your eyes OFF your dogs!

Use your ears instead, if you hear a growl or snarl call your dog out of the interaction. High pitched praise means HIGH pitched praise, hit those squeaky high notes and your dogs will produce a dopamine response. Remain in high pitched praise while the dogs interact
