Pick up lines are for certain guys, and dont work on all women, just try being yourself and chatting her up. When a guy uses a pickup line it says that hes probably trying this on many women and doesnt necessarily want to know the girl. Using a pickup line means your already sexually interested without knowing the person on any level, which means your probably only looking for one thing here (sex).

Has UPSC already set the question paper for CSE prelims 2020?

As per me UPSC will set a new paper for CSE prelims 2020 as now exams are postponed for more than two months at least .The reason for setting a new paper are many , but few of the most important ones are as following:Maintaining confidentiality : If papers are made months before the actual exam maintaining confidentiality is a challenge.

Relevance : This is another strong reasons for new paper. As exams will be in August, UPSC would like to keep the paper relevant by including last three months current affairs and happenings which are very important.Surprise: UPSC likes to surprise candidates.

Many would think as paper would have already prepared in March , they would ignore current affairs after march , thus will be surprised.

I do not know who is this person (Jasmeet Singh Sandhu).But one thing that I did not understand is that whether you need a strategy to read a newspaper.

I have seen someone in Patna getting 'The Hindu' all the way from Chennai for his son who was writing Civil Service examination. This was before they started their Delhi/Kolkata editions.
