Since he's been allowed to chew up and swallow toys and now has really bad breath, its likely this dog has a blockage. Kids usually know what they want. You could simply just ask her what kind of toys she wants and she will tell you. WOW! It is nearly impossible to trin him in only ONE week, but you can make a lot of progress. Try to keep him in one contained space. Preferably a small one. Put a baby gate over the laundry room door, and keep him in there, for example. Put a puppy pee pad in there, (you can get them at your local pet store) along with his bed, and toys. Feed him 2-3 times a day, at the SAME TIME EVERY DAY!!! In the morning, when you wake up. RIGHT when you get home from school, and RIGHT AFTER you eat dinner. Take him outside as soon as he is finished eating that portion. So, as soon as he finishes the bowl of food you give him, put him on the leash and take him outside. When he goes potty outside, give him a treat. Make sure he knows that he did a good job. Do this after every meal, and he will not potty in the house. If he does, it will be on his pee pad, in his private little area. As for him eating everything, it is because he is teething. His lil toothers hurt, so he is chewing on anything and everything he can. Get him some chew toys, and put them in his little private area w/ him, and he should be fine. As long as he is in his area, he cant get his teeth on anything unless you put it in there for him. You also need to tell your parents what you just told us. Tell them that the puppy is your best friend, and that in this point in your life, you really need him. If they STILL take him from you, they are just cruel. Good Luck!! :D.

They still sell them. My sister in law picked some up at walmart and sams during Christmas last year. I've seen a couple at Toys r us during Christmas as well. I think they only carry them twice a year, once at Christmas and once when they start putting out summer stuff. They are still called Tonka Toys, and they are still metal. They sell the plastic ones year round, but the metal is seasonal. I have also seen them at farmers stores, like John Deere, and Tractor Supply. you can most likely find them there year round.
