1. who should be responsible to clear the bees inside the water meter which is located in front of the house?
It's not your responsibility unless you need to get in the meter for some reason. I would just just leave them alone. If the city needs to get into it then they will have to do something.
2. Is there some kind of stone etc. you can put over brick on the front of a house?
Try El Dorado Stone. It looks very real and comes in all kinds of shapes and styles. It's really great
3. Man caught on video MAKING OUT with a doorbell â (Yes a real doorbell on the front of a house)?

7. Hi should I leave my American flag outdoors all day in my front house or take it indoors at night only?
personally, I do not care either way, but a lot of the more patriotic people would say it's your duty. My family just leaves it up, and gets a new one after each of our storm seasons, dead-winter, and post-spring
8. what type of small tree would work for in front of a house? We would like it to be 8 feet or shorter.?
Try a dwarf crape myrtle. They come in so many colours and have beautiful trunks
9. My tenant fell in front of the house after cleaning up the yard, can she win if she sues me?
if you are insured, just have them take care of it. that's what its there for. let the insurance co deal with the tenant, and they will decide whether the claim is valid. she already won. move on. keep paying your premiums
10. Alternative to planting bushes in front of House?
Have you looked at any of the junipers? They have no maintenance and look great but take a few years to fill in the bear spots. Their is several kinds and colors including height choices. Another alternative is nandinas. They are green in summer and blood red in winter and only grow to knee height once they reach maturity.
11. Any suggestions for some smaller type trees to go in front of house?
Dogwoods, Kwanzans, Crape Myrtles, and Yoshino Flowering Cherry Trees. They are all in the 25-40 ft range. They are also kinda wide (just the dogwood tree). Dwarf magnolias can get super wide, but if you actually think about it a tree dosent really stop at a certain height. If all conditions and needs are met they do not stop at their regular height, they continue on growing wider and taller. But to keep the trees narrow and not as wide you can use tree stakes to hold them in place, stakes are usually the only thing that can actually keep a tree tall and not as wide
