When i took classes there in 2003 , i could feel that Bansal sir was getting old , he was in his sixties , he was forgetting things. Couldn't discuss properly. So i can say that it was his time for retirement. And he has done well in his time. After him apart from Puja bansal there was no one else capable enough to run the empire . His son sameer and other daughter priyanka (not sure the names) were good for nothing (Bansal sir also used to say similar words many times). Republicans will stick with him, unless something really disastrous comes out. So the damage Giuliani can do is limited. I agree with the answers already given. But as a person who ran a hospital for many years, you also have to look at statistics by niche as well. I am in a University community with a higher than average education status than exists in our state. Yet we have one of the highest rates of premature births. When I look at those specific stats, I see that our local minority birth rate is much higher than the Caucasian rate; the age of those pregnant is lower than it has ever been; and we have a greater co-morbidity with drug usage. So, depending upon what you are looking at it may look good overall but within the data may be pockets of areas of great concern
