Whatu2019s Your Take on Apple Announcing They Will Not Report Units Sold on Earnings Calls Going For

It's very clear, they are stagnating as the markets they are in are saturated & there are many Chinese me toos. To compensate they are not disclosing their numbers becuase they are selling units on little to no major growth at a higher price point which I am against.That being said,I am a bit reluctant to invest in Apple stock if this continues. They often don't provide significant dividends & thier stock price took a significant dip from the 233 $ high to the current 222$ low as of 2nd November 2018zWhat's your take on Apple announcing they will not report units sold on earnings calls going forward?

Here are some reasons Apple does not do most of the things mentioned in your question:No one needs a 12-megapixel camera in a laptop that is mostly used for video calls.The screen of a MacBook is protected by the cover. Since it is usually stationary when the cover is open, the additional protection afforded by adding that level of durability to the glass would not be worth the expense, which would be considerable for a piece of glass that large. (In other words, the price of a MacBook Pro would rise substantially if they used screen glass that durable.)I do think Apple will add Face ID to MacBooks at some point, however. But I think they are waiting until they can do so without having to have a notch or increase the size of the bezel to accommodate the camera array. Disclaimer: I am not a lawyer.
