Neither. Intuitive is a nonsense concept in programming. The suggestion is that there are some ways to learn or do programming that are more natural.
Theres nothing natural about computing. I myself have argued on this site that Python probably better allows people to write code that approximates the way they would just write down a description of a task in English, but that doesnt mean I think Python is more natural. Writing things down in English isnt natural; its something we invented and have to learn.
When people say intuitive, what they usually mean (even if they dont know it) is similar to things I have previously learned. Sadly, they also usually mean natural, which is nonsense. If youre a literate English speaker, Python is closer to what you have already learned than Java is.
The extent to which that is a good thing is highly debatable

Why do some people say "hullo" instead of "hello"?
It is a regionalism. This can include a tribe as small as your family or groups of buddies.
I live in the West, and we say u201chullou201d here. That is, unless we grew up somewhere else, or have had other verbal influences on us. Questions of what is the u201crightu201d way to say something is part of a larger category called discourse studies, and in particular, vernacular.
Whenever we speak, we leave little clues to who we are, and our background. Also the words we choose to state things. Think Eliza Doolittle.
Though he denied it, George Bernard Shaw is thought to have modeled Professor Henry Higgins, the upper crust gentleman phonetician in the movie, My Fair Lady (Shawu2019s play was called Pygmalion) on a late 19th century linguist, Henry Sweet. For those of who have suffered through the line-by-line study of Sweetu2019s painfully didactic Anglo-Saxon Primer, u201chullou201d sounds waaaay awesome. Thanks for asking.

How do I learn to code if I cannot even write the Hello World program without looking it up?
Just keep at it. It does not matter if you need to look things up.
Iu2019ve programmed quite actively throughout most of the past 30 years and I still need to look even basic things up sometimes. Many things come automatically, but sometimes some basic has slipped off of my mind. Also because work on many things and alternate between languages often.
I donu2019t care. What matters is that I get the programs done. The important thing is to learn problem solving, thinking about how to approach the systems that you should develop, usually is good to consider a few alternatives, maybe try them out.
And then figure how to build some sensible whole of some nicely divided parts. That youu2019ll learn over the years by writing a lot of code and programs. Big and small.
Alone and in collaboration. After 10 years youu2019ll feel somewhat experienced. But will keep learning all the time.
And it does not matter if you need to look things up while developing

Why do narcissistic people want to always destroy the person in the end?
In my case, the answer is yes. Ive read all the previous comments for/against and I understand this is a spectrum disorder.
My narc pinned the needle on the spectrum. In the 2 years following my filing for divorce, she went on a malevolent, methodical, systematic campaign to destroy both my personal and professional reputation. The foundations for this were laid in the year leading up to the divorce during the devaluation phase where she made a point to copy spreadsheets and contact lists for maximum impact.
Some of the initial antics can be written off as knee jerk reactions of a person with the emotional cognition of a 5 year old (like emptying the bank account) once my grey rock responses failed to deliver the intended result, she got focused. She started with attempting to change others opinions of me, then she flat out attacked anyone she deemed might be in a position and willing to help me. The attacks and false accusations became more insidious with time as the web grew ever wider.
This was deliberate and calculated. During the 2.5 year court battle, almost nothing thats come out of her mouth under oath was truthful beyond her name and birthdate

Are there any Welsh people who don't speak any English, only Welsh?
No, though in a tiny minority of areas you will find Welsh people who feign to speak no English when addressed by an Englishman. I lived in far north Wales for a year and experienced some pretty serious bigotry towards the English (though of course, I experienced much much more in the way of welcoming and kindness - in general terms, I am hard pressed to think of a nationality more thoughtful and accepting than the Welsh.)Its not dissimilar to what happens in obscurer parts of some European countries when you enter a taxi late at night and offer the address of your hotel, and find the response is a very theatrical shrug - even if that offer is one of a written address, in the local language, that was written down for you by another local.
I suppose sometimes this sort of behaviour arises out of a genuine and deep-seated sense of loss of national identity, but suspect that in a majority of cases is no more than a rather childish and ignoble game played by a minority of petty people who have nothing better to entertain themselves with

What does "ATGATT" mean to bikers?
ATGATT means all the gear all the time. The gear you wear keeps your hide and head intact.
There are some riders who dont want to wear their gear because its hot or not cool. Some will recite some lore of a guy who knows a guy who would have died if he had worn a helmet. Some guys have had lots of accidents and never got hurt.
Last month I was leaving the freeway and only two blocks from home. It was a hot day in August, my front tire blew out at 50km. and I went down.
My full face helmet was ripped and the visor torn off, my sun glasses gouged. My leather motorcycle jacket and heavy jeans were shredded. My gloves torn and my right steel toed boot was ground down to the steel, as I slid 35ft.
I broke my right ankle and got banged up a bit. I have been riding for 35 years and it was my first time down. I guess you have to ask your self do you feel lucky?

How do cats say sorry to humans?
Cats get embarrassed when they do something to you that was unintended.
They look angry when they do something that was intended. My cat always jumped on my bed at my feet. Then one day I happened to put a table there and he started jumping onto my stomach from the floor.
At 14 pounds, it caused me to yell. He did it three times and then went back to the old way. When he obviously hurts me unintended, he withdraws and then starts to groom his belly which the vet says was a nervous habit.
Then he would come back after a decent interval to nuzzle me. It may be hard for humans to assess animal emotions. They are less visible in cats than dogs but if you know your cat well they are there.
Their intelligence never fails to amaze me. They can figure out a way out out of any maze. I bought a laser light to tantalize my two cats.
My female played aggressively with the moving light. My male cat immediately ignored it and went and knocked the laser light out of my hand. That he could figure it out so fast amazed me.

Is the DNA of modern Greek people similar to that of the ancient Greeks?
Europeans show a strong genetic affinity across the board, so to suggest one group is more "pure"or less "mixed" than another. All ethnicities are an amulgamation of peoples. No one group just popped out of the ground one day and called themselves a nation.
The French are a decended of Pre Indo Euro people, Gauls, some Greeks, phonecians, Roman influence and the Germanic from the Franks and Burgundians. These people coming together was the ethnogenesis of the French. The Greek ethnogenesis of the Greeks happened earlier.
The Pelaglasians, Minoans, and earlier people were absorbed and assimilated into the Ionians, Dorians, Aeolians and Acheans. Since then others were absorbed as well, but not enough to deHellenize the Greeks. The ancient DNA of other Balkan people still survives in the modern population even though thier languages and ethnic identities were replaced by modern ones.
So yes, genetically modern Greeks are the children of Ancient ones

What is a good first program to write (besides "hello world")?
For starters find something you like or have a problem with and write a piece of code for it. But that's just the normal advice.
To learn about writing software and learning more about computers I'd recommend the following.A command line version of blackjack.Basic versionA version that saves the numbers of rounds won and lost by youA version that allows you to bet and keeps a running total of the money you've made.
A port scannerTry for TCP/IPCreate a version to use UDPCreate a personal static webpageMake a basic hello world siteList your projects you've madeCreate a tic-tac-toe gameWrite so you can play it normallyWrite an opponent that picks random movesWrite an opponent that will at worst result in a tieBest of luck with with your projects, most of all though have fun with the process and the learning. If you are to do this long term, understanding the processes and how to learn will benefit you greatly

What is the meaning of printf("%") in C program?
% symbol as a standalone does not have any meaning as a function parameter* but when it is used in combination with with different characters, it acts as a format specifier.
