There are more than one reasons for the thumping victory of BJP. The significant factor of this election is that Modi has put an end to the caste based politics, by his stress on the poor and their empowerment, the middle class and their ease of living, etc. Thereby he attracted the attention of the people of these class who irrespective of caste they belong to voted Modi.

He has been helped by the numerous welfare measures he has already undertaken. This great explosion of the caste based politics has been seen in UP where Yadav-dalit-Jaat-Muslim, in Bihar Yadav-Muslim-Dalit-Kushwaha-Mallah, in Karnataka Vokkaliga politics of JDS have been completely decimated. Identity politics has been put to rest with strong and decisive leadership of Modi and Shah.

What are you sick of these days?

Sick of being in the hospital.Im 16 and in my life I been in the hospital many times. The last reason I went was that I cut myself so deeply on my arm the police and EMS crew all had to come to my house.

First, they checked out my cut then they put some type of ointment on it after that I was told I had to go to the hospital. So I rode in the back of the ambulance all the way to the hospital.When I got there the EMS told them all my information and I went straight to the back into one of the rooms.

Thats when one of the nurses came in and asked me what happened then I explained. After that they gave me some cloth to hold on to stop the bleeding then they put more ointment on it. They had to wait a couple of minutes to wrap it up.

Finally, they wrapped it up and I was free to go. I have been in the hospital about seven times in my life. Once I had to even miss school because I was so sick and in the hospital.

Being in the hospital isnt fun its horrible. You're forced to eat food that you dont want to and other things. Im going to hope that I dont go to the hospital any this month.

I got fired after 2 months in my first software development job. I had to learn frameworks in a week and complete the project.

I was not given good training, and senior developers did not have time to train me. Iu2019m at a loss. What can I do next?

Keep your hopes high, that company never deserved you. Remember the names of the CEO and that other colleague. One day you will be in a position when you will just view their profile on linkedin, just to to show them that you are at a better place.

This happened to me, Guess what I was training people and they will become my manager and get promoted. After two years they just let me go. So what where I am now.

I got another job where I am paid more. Infact I am bring all the money in this company. I found out that every other person hired in lower positions are paid more than me.

What I did? I give my notice last week? Now I got a better position.

All I am hearing is that once he is gone everyone will go down. He is the one who was keeping all the customer happy. All their website were ranking good.

1. Remember your roots,your family, friends, teachers, coworkers. Always network wherever you go and whatever you do in your career.

Do not burn bridges. People are valuable assets later on in your endeavors. There is an old saying that it isn't always what you know but who you know.

2. Be admirable, polite, polished, be someone whom you have admired and become a mentor for others. Don't get in a habit of swearing.

It is not a tool to appear cool but makes one become average. That is not what you are striving for.3.

Don't forget to have fun. You are young, Wait to get married and have a family. Use your time in bettering yourself in any way you can but do the things that make you happy or you will get burned out.

Travel and learn from others. it broadens you.and you will never regret doing it but will if you don't.

All this will help you choose the right girl to marry and share your life. I say all this instead of the business aspect for I have been 30 and 50 and now 70.These things I mention will be what you will reflect back on more than the great deals you make.
