Its called yellow journalism . It's a tactic designed to twist the truth in order to fulfill their agenda . They did the same thing in the Rodney King case that caused riots in Los Angeles . The original Rodney King Video showed Rodney running through redlights nearly killing people in his way and attacking the police. The tazers were ineffective because Rodney was loaded on narcotics . Later they edited the Video so that it only showed the police kicking Rodney .

Because it's entertaining. My favorite was to drop two dimes and one nickle on the ground and tell them to pick up "A QUARTER". When they say there's no quarter on the ground I tell them not only are you drunk but you can not add either. That's a little cop humor. But really it's all about probable cause and establishing your case. field tests (balance, verbal and if qualified nystagmus gaze test). That combined with a properly administered breathalizer test makes a good case for the police officer.

For a long time, CBS played around with the idea of owning CNN, but, ultimately, passed on it. Disney is a park-kid oriented company. All the ABC stations have been number one in most of their cities and Disney had nothing to do with it, even though they bought ABC in the mid-90's. Here in Philly, they cancelled some very successful shows just to shove Disney programming down people's throats. Our local Thanksgiving parade was coopted by the mouse house and they'd hold the entire parade up while some poor staffer had to be down in Disney World promoting it, making thousands of people freeze in bitter cold. ABC is a distant third in the ratings. That's Disney's legacy.NBC was smart enough to see the success of CNN, thought a co-joined effort with Microsoft Was a good idea if it was located in north Jersey, to cut down on cost, so msnbc was born. Microsoft withdrew from the project years ago. CNBC has always been a solid, reliable business channel. Good for NBC that they didn't just "toy with"

S.L Arora is really a good book for physics but ABC chemistry is not it has so much error and too lengthy not even upto good level of concept.I will suggest you to go with N.C.E.R.T and Xam idea only for chemistry even if you want some reference book go with comprehensive chemistry

Mutual Admiration. We all know it is a good quality school with good quality of incoming students.Just that in recent days it has increased it's batch size to unsustainable levels in pursuit for more revenues. I watched it. I thought it was stupid. They were predicting devastation in as little as 5 years. That is not realistic. Also, they made it seem like we are set where we are at and no one can come up with new ideas, new approaches, new inventions. They had a message to deliver. They did what they could to deliver their message. But, they did not present a complete picture. I do thing we need to be aware of the environment. It makes me want to go out and buy a scooter to replace my car, or perhaps start riding my bike to work and back. But that was stuff I was already thinking about.
