Why Does My Ex still Call to Check on Me?

Because he or she hasnu2019t let to of you yet and or might be of stalker material. It depends on the way the call goes and whatu2019s being said. If itu2019s a unpleasant conversation or not?

If there are conversations of u201cwhat are you doing and why are you at X,Y,Zu201d then just donu2019t answer them or say that itu2019s none of their business. If thatu2019s the case - Word of advice, donu2019t answer either calls or text messages, just leave them be and they will eventually stop, if not, block. If the conversation is pleasant and kind, then the person just generally cares about you because you used to be a couple?

You didnu2019t really leave much to go on information wise so itu2019s hard to give a helping hand in the matter

How do you say the "my mother" in Italian?

In general, u201cmy motheru201d in Italian would be u201cmia madreu201d or u201cla mia mammau201d.Grammatical side note:In Italian, there is usually a definite article before nouns, however, it is skipped with close family members, like u201cmotheru201d - so youu2019d write u201cmia madreu201d and not u201cla mia madreu201d.

There a several exceptions to the rule:With an djective: u201cla mia bella madreu201d - u201cmy beautiful motheru201dIn pleural form (pleural does not really apply in this case, but it would be - u201cle mie madriu201d - u201cmy mothersu201d)With u201cmammau201d - u201cla mia mammau201dModified - u201cla mia mamminau201d - u201cmy mommyu201d/u201dmy momu201dReferring to u201ctheiru201d family member - u201cla loro madreu201d - u201ctheir motheru201dP. S. : If you come across an expression u201cMamma mia!

u201d - it vaguely translates as u201cMy God!u201d/u201dMy goodness!u201dHope this helps :)

Why is that some people say that "if a Haskell program compiles, it probably works"?

Other answers has praised Haskell for being a great language and argued that the claim is truer for Haskell that many other languages.I think the original saying is A well-typed program do not go wrong and it comes from a paper written by Robin Milner in 1977: A Theory of Type Polymorphism in Programming. As part of this paper Milner describes a semantic for a simple language.

This semantic includes a value representing a run-time error, for example using a non-Boolean as the conditional in a if-statement. This run-time error value is called wrong. Milner then adds a type system to his toy language and proves that this type system prevents programs from going wrong.

The type system employed by Haskell is strongly influenced by the type system proposed by Robin Milner and thus the saying has been part of the Haskell lore from the beginning. So the probably works part covers run-time errors where a C program would crash and not logic errors like adding some intergers instead of subtracting them

Is data scientist a good job in 2020?

Today, every profession is actually good and in demand.

Think of the ocean. Maybe there are hundreds of thousands of fish, but the ocean is enough for all of them.I think it is necessary to focus on basic needs rather than professional focus.

Professions and labels are constantly changing. Your ability to solve a problem is that people pay a price for this skill.Thats why I always think like this.

What problem does my job solve? Do I have practical experience that can transform knowledge or ability? Am I just content?

Do people pay for this ability? Will this need continue in the future or am I focusing on a temporary need? How urgent is this need of people?

In this respect, data science is a promising and constantly needed field. You can certainly focus on this area. As long as humanity exists, data will be produced.

So who will process this data?Data scientists

Is Java easy to learn?

Hi there !

Assuming that you have previously been exposed to some programming language like c,or c.if yes then ,my dear buddy you have won 50% of the war as java and it's nuances will be a little easy to handle and you will be able to understand it at a faster pace than the other. By others I mean the newest kids on the programming frontier ,the guys whose inner voices "I want to learn Java" and want to jump in the programming world.

So let's get the story straight : If you have had any and I mean that, any at all knowledge of programming languages as c or c you are in the clear for a comparatively easy ride through learning Java than the people who have no programming experience. P.S: I am not discouraging the newbies, without previous knowledge of programming.

I am just saying that it would be a little easier if you do have past experience of programming.

I am 13 years old. My mom says that I am still a child, but I don't feel like a child.

Is a 13 year old still a child?

NO, but your mom wishes you were. When you were a child you wanted to spend time with your parents.

You thought they knew everything so you probably did what they said. Now you are a teenager. Your JOB is to break away and become a separate individual.

This can be very hurtful to parents. You want to hang out with your friends rather than go to the family cookout. Nevertheless, your parents should give you more and more freedom.

At first it will be harmless things like your clothing, hair style, joining teams or activities YOU want to do. Later it will be dating. Hopefully they will also teach you useful skills like doing the laundry or fixing a simple meal.

Eventually it will be college or career planning. If your parents dont gradually stop micromanaging you then I feel badly for you because you are going to have a rough time on your own.

Is Lua a good language to learn?

Probably not.Its a nice language, and I love the runtime. Its ANSI C compliant, and not the bullshit ANSI C compliant you read about which really only compiles on Linux/x86.

I got Lua to build on an IBM AS/400 with zero changes to the code, the code base is fantastic and easy to read. If you want to embed a scripting engine in a program youve written in C, its hard to imagine a better choice than Lua.if you want to get a scripting language on a platform where all youve got is a C compiler, hard to imagine a better choice again.

Lua is one of those languages that you either have no use for it, or its the best thing youve ever seen in your life. You probably wont find too much use for it in industry though

What is low systolic and high diastolic blood pressure mean?

It means you have a narrow pulse pressure which may be associated with tachycardia, aortic stenosis, constrictive pericarditis, pericardial effusion, and ascites.

In other words, it means the heart is having a hard time pumping blood due to something restricting its pumping action, either surrounding the heart, or in the large aortic conduit that exits the heart. The aorta is the large artery that comes off of the heart and carries blood to all of the body via numerous branches. Narrowing of this vessel can make it hard for the heart to eject blood from its muscular left ventricle.

You could also have a narrow pulse pressure due to a rapid heart rate, tachycardia, which prevents the heart from filling optimally between heart beats. This reduces cardiac output (the amount of blood pumped out of the heart) and systolic blood pressure. Ascites is the term used to refer to fluid collection in the abdomen.

This can put pressure on the heart and aorta, and make effective pumping difficult, leading to a narrowed pulse pressure

What does it mean if you greet someone with a friendly hello and smile, they stare at you with a mean face and donu2019t say hello back? Why does this keep happening to me?

Its possible that you had offended them in some way that you are unaware of, or someone else told them something regarding you that they didnt appreciate.

If this is the case, ask the person what it is that has them treating you this way. Also, some people just arent good at social interaction and dont respond well to happy, smiling greetings. The other person may be having a bad day, but this wouldnt explain why it keeps happening to you.

Are you certain that you are not gossiping or talking about others that they find out about? If you cant identify anything youre doing wrong, then it may be that a growling return to your greetings is not your fault at all. Dont stop smiling and saying hello, its better than worrying about something that you have no control of.

Which is the best compiler for C & C programming?

I can't really give you a good answer for the Windows environment. What I think you are asking for is a way to get started without being confused between learning both the programming language and the programming environment.

IDEs can be a productive environment for producing working code. In order to perform that role, they require some learning. As an entry level programmer, you are probably overloaded with learning the two things at once.

To make matters worse, in situations like that, it isn't always clear whether the things you learn and those you still need to learn are language matters or programming environment matters. I suggest that you use a simple commandline based compiler such as gcc/g. This will make it much clearer to you where to look when things don't work as you expect.

It would be helpful to assume for now that the programming tools are not at fault when things aren't working as planned. Mature tools such as the ones you describe are rarely broken to the extent that novice level programs expose serious errors. Trust your tools and understand their use.

Why isn't functional programming the norm?

Who says functional programming isnt the norm?In most cases pythonic now means functionalC# supports LINQJavascript continues to well existC supports well just about everything, but FP is certainly one of those thingsJava 8 has lambda functionsEven friggen JAVA supports FP now.

In what world are we saying that FP isnt normal?Modern programming languages are just not as simple as OO or FP or Aspect-Oriented, etc As you look out across the dozens of different useful programming paradigms out there most popular languages support most of them.I think that most experienced engineers would agree that language holy wars are tedious.

A lot of the best features have been adopted across languages (from a UX perspective at least), and if you have a compelling reason to use a particular language for a particular problem then its not really a big pain to support that

How do assembly programmers remember which register is going to be used? Are they memorizing it?

The same way a C or Java programmer rememberers what variables have been declared: locality and modularity.

Certain registers have predetermined uses, others have uses based on conventions. A few are considered scratch and have no guarantee that they will be preserved over subroutine calls; others are guaranteed (in principle) to survive but you are responsible for saving them and restoring them before your subroutine returns. What isnt enforced by the microprocessor architecture is usually documented as conventions, e.

g., the x86-64 ABI. Failure to comply is rewarded with hard-to-find segmentation violations and bus errors.

In short, its just like regular programming except you only have a small, fixed number of variables, simple operations, and no safety belts. Things that are considered faux pas in regular languages (such as modifying the state of the calling function or dynamically generating code) are gleefully accepted. Its software anarchy, but sometimes you need to break the rules to get the job done
