China indeed does not have weatern style democracy, or repersentitive democracy.there is no public election for public offices, there is no multi-party competition, and although a citizen can express concern and offer suggestions to their officials, whether these would be taken seriously is entirely that officials discretion.chinas system is perhaps best discribed as authoritarian meritocracy.
government officials are selected based on their individual merits and ablities, not through popular election. and once in position of power, the official can make decisions within the parameter of the office, without public support if nessecary.does this mean peoples opinion doesnt matter?
on one hand, Chinese officials dont need to actively please the constituents like their western counterpart often needs to. if a policy is not popular, but is inline with the mandate of the office and is expected to have positive outcome, it gets enacted nevertheless. Although nowadays there are more and more public hearings on different matters, to please the crowd if you may, but end of the day they dont usually affect the outcome.
this may be very authoritian by nature, but on the other hand, in practise, the China Communist Party wants to please the public. the relationship between government and public is definitivly discribed as boat and water in China: boat is carried by water. water can allow the boat to have a smooth trip, but if angered, can tip over the boat in an instant.
the Communist Party knows this very well. after all, it came to power because the general public was extremely disatisfied with the Nationalist government. the last thing the CCP wants is to anger the public, which if unchecked, will eventually and surely result in the overthrown of the party from power.
this has happened many many times over Chinese history. people have that power, and will use it. to have the Party remain in power is the number one pirority of the Party.
and to do that they need public approval. and the easiest way to get public approval is to make their lives better. Chinese are a pragmatic people, if they have jobs, getting paid well, and their standard of living improves constantly, they will love and support their government, no matter the political ideology.
and this is exactly what is happening in China.essentially, the party tells the general public to trust what they are doing is for the greater good, and suck up those minor issues. so far, the CCP has come through in a big way for the majority of Chinese people.
sure, there will always be people who are disatisfied with their government. even in pure democracy, the will of the minority gets ignored. it is all about managing public opinion.

What are the factors which led the economic growth in India to be termed as jobless growth?
India is the land of 125 crore people. So the amount of problem it has, is also enormous.
But the most important problem in India is Joblessness. India has been facing this menace since Independence. But now it has been height of joblessness.
Education awareness is increasing rapidly but the job creation is not increasing at that pace. With the advent of Automation and Robotization, more jobs are to be lost in coming times. More than 2 to 3 crore Graduates are applying for various Government Competitive Exams.
The vacancies are negligible in comparison to the people applying for it. The next biggest obstacle in getting Government job is huge reservation. The other obstacle is that whenever a general category student vacates his seat, it is given to the SC / ST candidate.
Thus it continuously reduces the space for General categorys meritorious students. The another difficult obstacle is that less literate people are given priority in Government Sectors like B. Ed holders are given preference to Engineers, Accountants, M.
Com. & M. Sc.
holders. Two year B.Ed course is required in TET jobs for which vacancies are released in large numbers.
But again less talented and less deserving people get into this. The next thing is Private Sector. The top 106 people of India have collectively 388.
9 B $ which amounts to 24.89 Lakh Crores (1$ 64 Rs) (According to Forbes Billionaires List for 27 July 2017). This amount is so huge that they can use it to create atleast a Crore jobs, but they wont.
because they are not to do social service. They are all here to just do business. The private companies treat their employees so badly like a low-class labour.
They do not have even little sympathy for their employees (especially the lower rank employees). They treat as they are their slaves. The self-respect of the lower rank employees is completely lost.
The salary structure is too low for lower rank employees that it is even difficult to survive at that salary. The ratio of the highest and the lowest salary can go upto 1 crore times. (The salary for the lowest is Rs 3000/- and salary for the highest is Rs 3000 Crores).
There is absolutely no job security in Private Sector. They give targets which is very difficult to achieve and when this target is not achieved, they fire their employees. The lower rank employee is pressurized by his immediate boss to achieve target because the salary of the boss is directly linked to the target achieved.
Their is huge politics in Private Sector in granting benefits and salary hikes to their favourites. I praise Subrata Roy Sahara because atleast he created more than a million jobs (Nevertheless whatever he did wrong needs to be punished for). He was, at one time next biggest recruiter to Indian Railways.
India needs people like him who do mass scale recruitment to actually narrow the problem of Unemployment. It is practically upto the top 1000 Richest People of our country & up to the Central & State Governments who can considerably reduce this problem. 1 View.

What is the difference in your life between Obamau2019s presidency and Donald Trumpu2019s presidency?
One stark difference that I can mention that's notably different under the two Presidents to affect my life, if any and really very equally light on both counts. And really beyond the limits of the social realms actually.
For, it went further down to the point where your very private domain was not safe. People felt unsafe in there very homes. That is the trend and the fear of an Islamic conspiracy to destroy western civilization, under the Obama presidency.
That, strangely has all but vanished, now in the Trump presidency. A time when every public gathering was made to feel like a potential place for a catastrophic mass murder. Cultural festivities became a horror in worry over the possibility of that moment being every one's little private hell, deep within the silence.
The scare of being the unlucky, in the wrong place, at the wrong time?Nerves were on edge like you'd never seen up to this day. Based on the fear in comparison those bygone days under Obama were much more terrifying.
People were suspicious nervous of strangers who did not look and talk like them. An instant and depressing agitation. There was automatically a social distance/avoidance, actually and no one waited on any president to model that in order to take effect.
(As we laugh over hoopla, that people seem in need to be wise base on President Trumpsu2019 actions of his mask wearing refusal). That's a fun day, compared to sitting at the movies, or a pizza place.Granted, it was more selected to a particular appearance, but, moods were hideous at best nonetheless.
Muslims, Asian Indians and alike, those who only appeared in an Arabic manner, were taunted, or would've been pontential to harassed, or even killed. And, feared wether rightly, innocently or even mistakenly unnecessary. To late apology could mean nothing when your life's at stake.
Under the Obama presidency, or during the Obama presidency the entire globe was as appalling dreadful as it is now, but the reason were not as comforting as it is now. The shocking fear of Covid isn't any where close to feeling that, survival of Covid is in the hands of every individual u2014conscience of preventive action, and we all are capable of executing to protect or selves. We're seating at the stirring wheel.
There isn't a better security caution, when one is in vehicle knowing that your responsible action is all that matters. (u201cIt's on you.u201d) That, we have under the Trump presidency.
We're all being asked to wear a mask. And a mask of your choice and style. Not guns and weapons for fear of being terrorized.
At the public gatherings we being asked to be cautious aware in hygiene, Not the military walking around in pairs with M-16's on bodies like rucksack sNow. I'm only expressing the differences under the Presidents. I'm not implying at all, that any of two Presidents were solely the cause or responsible per se
