So it's no surprise there's a rise in popularity of tracking devices like Fitbit, Jawbone, or the Basis Peak which monitor sleep as well as activity.
And recently we heard about Luna,a mattress cover filled with internet-connected sensors that collect heart-rate data while you sleep. There's even a built-in microphone to listen to your breathing.Stuart Fogel is the Director of theBrain & Mind Sleep Research Laboratory at Western University.
